Worst experience
Pros:

La literie était confortable et la chambre propre. Il y a un service de linge gratuit également dans l'hôtel qui est très appréciable.

Cons:

Aucun WiFi ne fonctionnait dans l'hôtel. La 4G ne captait pas très bien non plus ce qui rendait le guidage et les réservations très compliquées. Le personnel de l'hôtel ne parle que très peu anglais.
Le fer à repasser ne fonctionnait pas dans le laundry.

Enfin, le repas/petit déjeuner du restaurant ne contiennent quasiment que des plats asiatiques salés.

Excellent value for money and I would stay there again.
Pros:

The food at this place is amazing. Great options. Excellent staff that are always keeping the place clean and tidy. I had an excellent meal. They even tell you what times are busy and what time are not so busy. Very thoughtful.

Decent and pretty value for money considering how new the hotel was and its location.
Pros:

The cleanliness and service of the hotel was exceptional. There were also robots to deliver food to your room if you ordered food online. Staff were friendly and helpful as well.

Cons:

the room was missing a few amenities that would have greatly enhanced customer experience. For instance there was no safebox or refrigerator.
