Super Aufenthalt, klasse Lage & sehr nettes Personal!
Pros:

Lage war super, innerhalb von 5 min im Zentrum!
Das Frühstück war nicht wirklich groß, hatte aber alles was man gebrauchen konnte um satt zu werden!

Cons:

Parksituation ist ein wenig bescheiden.

Pros:

The hotel itself was in a perfect location, with easy access to everything I was looking for, from the pier to some amazing restaurants.
The room was in excellent condition, with a very comfortable bed.

Cons:

For me, the breakfast was rather poor; I was expecting better given the hotel’s star rating. There was no fresh sliced fruit, and there wasn’t much variety. It simply fell well short of expectations.
It would also have been nice to have a bar or a lounge area where guests could relax without having to leave the hotel.

Hotel di recente ristrutturazione, tutto in stile moderno e di buon gusto. Avevamo prenotato una camera standard, ma quando siamo arrivati, la direzione ci ha fatto soggiornare in una superior (avendola libera) senza nessun costo aggiuntivo. Una scelta da noi molto apprezzata.
La camera era molto bella, veramente spaziosa, pure il bagno ben curato e pulito.
La colazione è servita su un terrazzo al terzo piano. Le pietanze tutto sommato erano di buona qualità, ma poca varietà (abbiamo presupposto che essendoci pochi ospiti questo fosse il motivo)
Consiglio vivamente.

Soggiorno molto piacevole, reso ancora più speciale dalla professionalità e dalla disponibilità dello staff.
Pros:

Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole al Re Sale Boutique Hotel. La struttura si trova in una posizione eccellente, a due passi dal centro storico di Trapani, ma allo stesso tempo in una zona tranquilla e facilmente raggiungibile.

La camera era spaziosa, elegante e molto confortevole. Inoltre ho avuto la gradita sorpresa di ricevere un upgrade gratuito a una categoria superiore, un gesto molto apprezzato che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più speciale.

Ciò che ho apprezzato maggiormente è stato però il livello di assistenza e organizzazione offerto dallo staff. Il personale della reception si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile nell’aiutarmi a organizzare escursioni e a prenotare ristoranti, fornendo consigli preziosi e un supporto costante durante tutta la permanenza. È proprio questo tipo di attenzione verso l’ospite che, a mio avviso, distingue un vero hotel da una semplice sistemazione in appartamento.

Professionalità, cortesia e attenzione ai dettagli hanno reso la mia esperienza eccellente. Consigliatissimo a chi desidera visitare Trapani con la tranquillità di poter contare su uno staff competente e sempre disponibile.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was clean, fresh, and very well maintained. The staff were very friendly and even upgraded our room without us asking, which was a lovely surprise.

The room was quiet, spacious, comfortable, and had a nice AC. The staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage for an extended period after check-out. Even small details were taken care of - when we forgot our toothbrushes, replacements were provided immediately.

Excelente local para explorar Trapani. A repetir.
Pros:

Localização muito central. Quarto espaçoso e acolhedor, com uma boa decoração. Camas confortáveis. WC grande e funcional. Limpeza muito boa. Todo o ambiente do hotel era agradável. Funcionários simpáticos e prestáveis. Bons acessos a transportes para as imperdíveis ilhas Egadi e para a deslumbrante Erice.

O pequeno almoço poderia ter mais variedade de produtos locais.
