Bene ma non benissimo
Pros:

La posizione è certamente un punto di forza della struttura. Il personale alla reception è stato molto gentile e disponibile sopperendo ad alcuni difetti dell'albergo.

Cons:

La camera ricevuta è risultata piccola ed il letto non era sufficientemente confortevole. La colazione non mi ha soddisfatto per qualità e varietà. La sala destinata alla colazione non è sufficientemente confortevole ed illuminata. Con la cura di alcuni dettagli potrebbe migliorare di molto.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Na podłodze w pokoju parkiet. Ogólnie czysto.

Cons:

Śniadanie było bardzo skromne. Sok nazywany pomarańczowym nawet nie stał koło tego owocu. Masełko o 1.5 miesiąca po terminie!!?
W łazience odpadająca rączka umywalki. Broszurki które stały na biurku wielokrotnego użytku - poplamione i zabrudzone

Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Die Zimmer waren groß, modern und ausgesprochen sauber, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlen konnte. Auch die Hotelmitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich positiv geprägt hat. Die zentrale Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Altstadt und zum Hafen ist ein echter Vorteil.
Unser erstes Zimmer lag zur Straße, und bei geöffnetem Fenster war es nachts recht laut. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir jedoch sofort und völlig unkompliziert ein anderes Zimmer, was den guten Service erneut unterstrich.

Cons:

Die Dachterrasse war Anfang April leider noch nicht nutzbar. Gerade als Gruppe hätten wir sie abends gerne genutzt.
Die Zimmer zum Innenhof sind etwas dunkel, was Geschmackssache ist.
Im Bad könnten mehr Aufhängemöglichkeiten vorhanden sein.

Am Ende ist das aber wirklich Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

- sehr gute Lage, direkt bei der Altstadt, aber ruhig gelegen (außer Samstagnacht)
- geschmackvolle, saubere Zimmer
- freundliches Personal
- Frühstücksbuffet nach italienischen Ansprüchen in Ordnung

Cons:

- das Frühstück findet zur aktuellen Jahreszeit in einem sehr tristen, fensterlosen Raum statt
- in der Dusche spritzt das Wasser in alle Richtungen
- AirCon lässt sich nicht individuell einstellen, wird zentral geregelt, uns war es zu warm im Zimmer

lavori di prima mattina e internet (wi-fi e dati mobili) non funzionavano. ho lavorato con la finestra aperta almeno per avere quelle 1/2 tacche di connessione dei miei dati mobili.

Cons:

en coche, no es facil llegar ni tampoco aparcar. Se puder aparcar 15 minutos en frente pero después hay que salir a buscar sitio en la zona azul y resulta no ser tan facil aunque sea una ciudad pequenita.
