Good value contemporary hotel with good location
Pros:

Nice lobby furniture, friendly staff at front desk, good bedroom decor

Cons:

Need full length mirror, tissue paper for nose, small washcloth towels, sign with prices for mini bar, small wine bottles. Eggs overcooked in breakfast buffet

Ottima posizione. Personale molto educato, gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Colore della stanza e dei mobili troppo scuro e luce bassissima tanto da costringerci ad usare la luce del cellulare per cercale le cose. Mancanza di ante e cassetti nell'armadio. Per tutto il soggiorno abbiamo dovuto mantenere la maggior parte degli abiti dentro le valigie.

La cama era muy comoda y tambien la decoración bonita.

Cons:

Que nuestra habitacion no tenia ventana, bueno, si tenia pero era interior y no entraba absolutamente nada de luz, siempre era de noche en nuestro cuarto, y esto no me gustó nada. El desayuno era normalito, pero veo q es un habitual en Sicilia

Well equipped, great location, wonderful people!
Pros:

We fell in love with Trapani because of this lovely hotel. Close to the city center and port, for walks in sunset and during the day. The location is also on Corso Italia, which has a supermarket and pharmacy a few meters away from the hotel.
I recommend taking the breakfast since it had a good verity of options, and delicious cannolis and pastries for dessert. As well as wonderful coffee.
The staff is wonderful and helpful, helping us book a taxi from the bus station within 10 minutes from our arrival to Trapani, and we got upgraded, which was an incredible start for our trip. The staff were also being very kind and helpful during breakfast, recommendations for restaurants and ferries to Favignana and anything else we needed.
The rooms are all private, quiet and incredibly well-equipped with a mini-bar, a/c, safe and a comfortable spacious bath.
We truly appreciated everything in this hotel, the design, rooftop breakfast and the silence that allowed us to recharge and enjoy our trip so much. We will definitely be back and we highly recommend booking it! Thank you!

Pros:

Sicuramente la disponibilità dei ragazzi alla reception sopratutto il ragazzo con gli occhiali e i capelli neri corti che ci ha dato tanti consigli preziosi sul nostro soggiorno a Trapani oltre alla posizione che permetteva di raggiungere il centro e l’imbarco dei traghetti in pochissimi minuti a piedi.

Cons:

La nostra stanza, al secondo piano, si trovava sotto la terrazza dove si teneva la colazione la mattina quindi era impossibile dormire oltre le 8 del mattino perché puntualmente venivamo svegliati dai tavoli e dalle sedie trascinati a terra.
Il letto, che doveva essere matrimoniale, in realtà erano due letti singoli attaccati e infine la camera era troppo poco illuminata!

Essendo una località di mare, suggerirei di rendere disponibile uno stendino/filo per poter stendere costumi e asciugamani.
Un gancio in più in bagno per gli asciugamani della doccia
