Pros:

The staff were all extremely nice. We had a family room which worked very well for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids. The kids really enjoyed the slides and wave pool. It was good value for money. We were given complimentary late check out which was very helpful.

Cons:

Not all waterslides working but there was still plenty for the kids to do. The facilities feel faded but I would say typical for Egypt in this price range. It was very quiet which felt a bit strange.

The employees at this place were quite disgusting. 🤮 the water facilities were in drought and not active. The room I received I told was an “upgrade” but was far from that. The room was dirty “hair on the beds and floor, visible dirt buildup so when walking it was collecting on our feet, the bathroom toilet paper dispenser had finger print residue, which means people wipe and touch that metal piece to retrieve tissue, which means bodily fluids of many kinds are active, and boogers build up on the light switch. They came to clean the room and did so with an attitude as if we were disrupting THEM, For the lack with the cleaning THEY previous didn’t provide. The food was so horrible me and my son had food poisoning. The employees did not wash their hands; we witnessed them sneeze many times in hand an continue handling setting up table placements and also we witnessed one employee scratch acne scars in his face until they bled then hand picked “literally bread from the buffet that we didn’t ask for and serve our table. It was horrible. They also REUSE food so beware. My son had received one night a hard stale biscuit with his food. He played with it and put a carrot piece inside of it. Not thinking anything of it, the next day he received the same biscuit for dinner again! They refused to give us fresh orange juice that was available and replaced it with water down fruit juice instead as if we were not aware. The place was so overwhelming and quite low vibrational. The employees need proper hygiene training.

Pros:

Personal muy amable, la recepcionista, el chico de los desayunos es muy amable, nos trajeron fruta de bienvenida a la habitación. Las instalaciones son lindas aunque no fuimos a la piscina, parece bueno.

Cons:

El cuarto era un poco sucio, el baño no era muy limpio. El desayuno no es la gran cosa, puede ser porque casi no habían personas

Magnifique séjour 😊
Pros:

Magnifique hôtel dans la nouvelle Ville de Aswan, très propre , confortable, grande chambre, belle salle de bains , jolie balcon , plusieurs piscines à l’extérieur, et le plus important pour moi ce sont les gens , leur gentillesse, leur humanité, le personnel très accueillant, bienveillant ils se plient en quatre pour vous faire plaisir, sincèrement je vais revenir 😊Shefik Halimi - Jaecky , Neuchâtel , Suisse
