Meine 1. Wahl zum Entspannen und Relaxen
Pros:

Es war für uns das perfekte Hotel um ein verlängertes Wochenende zu entspannen.
Das Personal war sehr höflich und aufmerksam. Wir fühlten uns willkommen und persönlich sehr gut betreut.
Das Wellness-Angebot lässt keine Wünsche offen und der Spa-Bereich ist zum Erholen perfekt.

Cons:

Lediglich die Terminplanung und Koordinierung zwischen Rezeption und SPA-Bereich war nicht so toll. Da gab es intern einige Missverständnisse was sich leider auf unsere vorab gebuchten Termine negativ auswirkte.
Ich muss aber auch dazu sagen, dass dieses Problem durch krankheitsbedingten Personalmangel entstand.

Geweldig hotel, heerlijke wellness
Pros:

Geweldig uitgebreid ontbijt, volop keuze, de Welness was weer helemaal top. Dit jaar kwamen we met veel sneeuw, heel mooi allemaal.

Cons:

Vorig jaar twee puntjes aangeven, eerste dat het tegen viel dat een 5 sterren hotel geen verse jus d'orange bij t ontbijt heeft maar uit een postmix die ook nog leeg was en niet aangevuld kon, Tweede was dat de handdoeken op de kamer hard waren, maar dat was dit jaar veranderd, zachte handdoeken ook op de kamer.

Pros:

This hotel in its category met our expectations in all respects in terms of the services it offers. We appreciate the quality organization and willingness of the staff, which means that if a guest needs to arrange anything, it doesn't take too long. The well-equipped rooms are spacious enough, including the bathroom. The same applies to the comfortable beds, which are good for sleeping, but that is individual. The cleanliness is also great. The breakfasts are also great and everyone can choose. The restaurant in the hotel offers the opportunity to have a delicious dinner, which is why we used it throughout our stay and didn't look elsewhere. The wellness area with an outdoor heated pool is pleasant and parking in the underground garage is really convenient. I recommend this hotel if you want to fully enjoy your stay in the city.

Alles war perfekt. Ein White Lotus Resort versteckt in den Alpen. Riesen-Spa-Bereich, sehr gut getrennt mit viel Ruhe unten und einen Bereich mit Kindern oben. Gym mit Top-Geräten. Gewaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. 1a-Shuttle-Service zum Skigebiet Zettersfeld.

Одним словом - Гранд Отель !!!!
Pros:

Отель полностью соответствует 5 звезд ! Отличный сервис , кровать очень большая и удобная , супер подушки ! Хороший завтрак , все есть ! Но особенно рекомендую забронировать ресторан на ужин ! Это фантастика , уровень мишелин ! Рекомендую заказать на две персоны сюрприз меню . Стоимость около 150 евро , входит 1 бутылка вина ( красное или белое ) и будут приносить разные блюда ( сюрприз ) ! Это было очень вкусно , наелись все , я и супруга !!!
