Friendly and helpful staff. Right from arrival and check-in to the service at the bar and the breakfast service. Smiling faces and helpful attitude. Beautiful location of the property on the river. Large rooms with classic design and modern touches. Great art pieces throughout the hotel. The heated pool was a treat.

I stay here at least 2-3 times a year on my trips touring the alps in a Porsche of other sports car
Pros:

Beautiful hotel great location but on a very quiet back street with beautiful river behind it. Breakfast is probably one of the best I’ve had. Great bar in lobby & awesome underground garage for your sports car before you go drive the Grosslockner Road. Rooms are really large comfortable & well equipped

The location, the views, swimming pool and spa facilities - all are amazing! Breakfasts were also wonderful with a large variety and even fresh juices you could make yourself. Large rooms, spacious bathrooms - it was a very comfortable stay. We could enjoy the time by the swimming pool outside in a sunny weather, and during rain which happened a couple of times we could simply more to the lounge sofas by the inside swimming pool.

Cons:

You can feel that the hotel is not very new, however it is very well maintained so it didn't spoil the experience.

Fantastico hotel con tutti i confort di cui hai bisogno.
Pros:

Hotel molto bello, elegante e pulito, nonostante la moquette che inizialmente non trasmette proprio una sensazione di pulizia. Camera spaziosa e curata, con un bagno grande dotato di vasca, doccia, due lavabi e WC e bidet separati. Molto bella la zona spa, così come le piscine interna ed esterna e la palestra. La posizione è ottima, a due passi dal centro. Buona anche la colazione, con un buffet ricco e di qualità.

Cons:

Sicuramente consiglierei di migliorare gli orari della spa: aprendo alle 13, non abbiamo potuto usufruire della sauna la mattina prima del check-out. Anche la temperatura delle piscine potrebbe essere leggermente più alta. Aggiungerei inoltre qualche proposta dolce in più a colazione.

Een fijn uitgebreid hotel. Mooie locatie en veel faciliteiten. Heel vriendelijk personeel, heerlijk ontbijt en prima parkeergelegenheid.
