Agression sexuelle
Cons:

À FUIR. Notre séjour a viré au cauchemar lorsque j’ai subi une agression sexuelle par le masseur de l’hôtel le 26 juin dernier. Nous avions réservé au sein de cet établissement afin de célébrer nos 10 ans de relation avec mon conjoint, nos vies ont été anéanties à cause du manque de sécurité évident sur place. De surcroît, l’hôtel ne nous répond plus.

Tolles Hotel mit super Lage und Personal – Frühstück etwas eintönig.
Pros:

Tolle Lage, nur 10 Min. Fußweg zum Meer, Supermärkte in der Nähe. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, Sonderwünsche wurden erfüllt. Petra Suite mit eigenem Pool war sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Schönes Design, angenehme Atmosphäre und abwechslungsreiches, leckeres Abendessen. Preis-Leistung top!

Cons:

Frühstück eher eintönig mit begrenzter Auswahl, warme Speisen nur Eierspeisen und Wurst/Speck. Hintergrundmusik beim Essen war immer gleich und wurde nach ein paar Tagen etwas störend.

Un vrai cocon
Pros:

Un vrai cocon, parfait pour se détendre ! L’ambiance de l’hôtel est chaleureuse et apaisante, on s’y sent tout de suite bien. Mention spéciale pour les piscines : agréables et idéales pour se relaxer à tout moment de la journée. Une très belle expérience, je recommande sans hésiter !

Cons:

Petit bémol sur le ménage, qui pourrait être un peu plus rigoureux, surtout dans la chambre. Rien de dramatique, mais un peu plus d’attention aux détails ferait vraiment la différence.

The Location for us was phenomenal - very close to the promenade, but secluded and quiet.
We took our small dog with us, as the hotel is pet friendly. She was welcomed absolutely everywhere and the staff was very friendly towards her. The only place she was not allowed was the pool, which is completely fine and understandable. :)
The food was great, the rooms were great, the staff was PHENOMENAL. All in all, enjoyed it, would recommend, and will come back if we ever go to Crete again!

Le cadre, les chambres, la propreté de l'etablissement ainsi que la gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

Les petits déjeuners ne sont pas dignes d'un établissement de cette gamme.
Le café était infecte, le thé c'etait du Lipton et la nourriture servie lors des ptits dej n'etait vraiment pas top (rien d'exceptionnel, tout juste passable seulement). On s'attendait vraiment à mieux pour un établissement de ce standing.
7 jours passés et les draps n'ont pas été changé de la semaine. Idem pour les serviettes qui étaient simplement repliées mais pas changés (taches identiques que nous avons retrouvé sur les serviettes pliées...)

Das Design war ausserordentlich- die tollen Abbildungen zeigen tatsächlich ganz genau die Realität. Ein wunderbares Hotel!

Cons:

Einzig der Ort Chersonissos hat auf mich etwas trist gewirkt. Wir haben uns dann (auch auf Empfehlung der sehr netten Servicemitarbeitenden) andere Strände und Ortschaften in der Nähe gesucht.

Absolute Wohlfühloase
Pros:

Besonders gut hat uns die moderne Hotelanlage mit toller Architektur und der ästhetische Einrichtungsstil gefallen. Zusätzlich gab es zwei sehr schöne Pools und eine schöne Poolbar. Unter Olivenbäumen konnte man in einem schönen Restaurant essen. Besonders gut fanden wir die kreativen Salatvariationen. Von der Stadt haben wir nichts gesehen, weil wir die Anlage gar nicht verlassen wollten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals und des Hotelmanagements. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank!

Schönes Hotel ab leider sehr konventionelle Küche.
Pros:

Die gesamte Anlage hat durch die individuelle Architektur nicht den gewöhnlichen Hotelcharakter.
Wir hatten ein ganz tolles Apartment mit eigenem Pool. Das Personal ist sehr nett.

Cons:

Bei Ankunft wurden wir nach Allergien und besonderen Essenswünschen gefragt. Ich gab an, dass ich vegan lebe. Leider konnte ich trotzdem beim Frühstück und Abendessen fast nichts essen. Da ich von der Halbpension somit nicht satt werden konnte, mussten wir in den nicht sehr schönen Ort fahren, um etwas zu essen.

Architektonisch auf jeden Fall eine schöne Hotelanlage
Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr schön , wohl frisch renoviert im 2.Jahr ,man konnte das Meer in der Ferne sehen

Cons:

Man konnte nur mit Halbpension buchen , das Hotel liegt ruhig, allerdings ist die Umgegend extrem touristisch , ein Laden am anderen mit vielen
Bars , Geschäften und Tavernen
Das Buffet , Frühstück und Abendessen , war ok , allerdings waren die warmen Speisen eher lauwarm bis kalt
Am Pool wurden jeden Morgen gleich die Liegen mit Handtüchern belegt , im Pool selbst war selten oder gar nicht ein Gast zu sehen
