Staff were incredible and the breakfast!
Nothing everything was perfect , only small suggestion would be a cold water station in reception.

La amabilidad del personal, su disposición y preocupación por ayudar anye cualquier requerimiento. Nos sentimos como en casa.
Algo de ruido unas noches. En la discoteca paraban a las 12 de la noche, pero un grupo de personas habló y escuchó múdica en una hanotación hasta las seis de la mañana. Nos pareció que era un grupo grande de extranjeros.
La habitación era cómoda y grande, el personal muy atento . Y en general las instalaciones estaban muy bien .

Room was spacious and staff were super nice and helpful. Could store there my luggage while travelling outside of Medellín. The location is great. Big mall just short walk from the hotel (ATM, food store).

One elevator for 8 floors. Lot of waiting...
Estrella room on 5th floor is oriented to the street. It is super noisy. The hotel provide earplugs but still quite noisy. Especially when there is also a pool party in the rooftop till midnight.
Breakfast service is not that efficient as it could be.
Hairdryer turned of after few secs of using and you had to wait several min to continue and repeat the process (annoying if you need to get ready to be somewhere).
Not properly cleaned bathroom when first arrived = hairs on the wall.
Missing lighting above sink, difficult to apply makeup properly.
Osoblje je predivno, sve pohvale za ekipu, posebno Oscara koji zraci pozitivnom energijom. Lokacija hotela je takodjer izvrsna.
Uzeli smo jeftiniju sobu, nema prirodne svjetlosti i soba se ne moze izračiti, puna je ustajalog mirisa, slaba ventilacija. Zidovi su dosta tanki i doslovno cujes ljude u susjednoj sobi

Room window into the inner courtyard so no daylight.. also at breakfast they forgot our order so we were just waiting for over half an hour after breakfast was supposed to have ended, leaving us with just a few minutes to eat and then check out. But that's probably our fault for arriving so late

Bueno al estar centrar hay un poco de ruidos se escucha los autos.
Me encantó todo a nivel general. Lo que más nos gustó fue el Excelente servicio de todo el personal en especial Jorge, Oscar, Yorg y Donald nos hicieron sentir como en casa.
Y los chicos en la recepción Andrés y Alejandro muy amables.
Las instalaciones súper limpia y acogedora.

Todo estaba muy bien.
What I enjoyed most about my stay was the warm swimming pool, which remained open until late and provided the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The food was absolutely incredible, with every meal exceeding my expectations. I also loved the spacious room I selected—it was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view that made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, Los Patios Cool Living provided an outstanding experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Medellín.
The only minor drawback was the wait time for the elevator, particularly during busy periods when the hotel was crowded. At times, it took longer than expected to get to and from the rooms. Aside from that, the hotel itself is wonderful. The facilities, cleanliness, food, and overall atmosphere made for an excellent stay, and I would gladly return.
Close to mall and a grocery store. Also many buses and the metro is not a far walk. Of course one can use uber
The steam room is different in Colombia then in the use. Not used to whatever they use for steam
