El desayuno mal, no es buffet, pobre, las chicas de recepción no saben mucho como cobrar los tours, un tour que nos ofrecieron gratis solo dar propina, no pasaron a recogernos como habían prometido y además no nos informaron que era en inglés

Sehr freundliches zuvorkommend Personal.

Cons:

Wollen an einem Abend auf der Terrasse essen. Wir haben das teuerste Essen bestellt. Ein Rindsteak. Es war gefroren in der Fritteuse aufgetaut und dann auf den Grill. So hat es auch geschmeckt.

Most of everything I loved the staff. Very helpful and kind. The December 31st Dinner Party was amazing!! and the pool and the steam room were very pleasant.

Pros:

Beautiful building with really cool art. The swimming pool at the rooftop was incredible pretty, beautiful views to the city, also is was nice having a small comfort gym. Breakfast was FANTASTIC 10/10. No doubt this place is one of the most cool places to stay in Medellin.

Da gab es einfach nichts zu meckern. Lage war toll, Frühstück war gut, Zimmer sehr groß und sauber, beheizten Pool auf dem Dach, wo wir Abends saßen und den Tag haben ausklingen lassen. Sauna hatten wir auch. Aufenthaltsmöglichkeit unten im Foyer.

Cons:

Wir waren nichts so begeistert von dem Essen auf der Dachterrasse. Aber das kann auch Geschmacksache sein (und man muss ja da nicht essen)

Pros:

We love the location ! Also the unbelievable!!!Rooftop ! With a heated Pool !! Great decor and ambiance! Our Room great comfortable bed king size ! Love my shower in the room ! Special , also breakfast delicious! Great service ,, unique !!! Definitely 💯 worth it!!! Will stay there !!! , highly recommended!!!
