Pros:

The only plus of this chalet was the beach.

Cons:

We came the day before our reservation and they gave us other room, because the room we booked wasn't ready. That first room was dirty, there were no bathroom towels, no toilet papers in the bathroom. The whole room was very dirty, they didn't put clean sheets and even the mattress was dirty.
The next day they gave us our room we booked and it was better then the one they gave us for the first night, but still the floor wasn't clean, bathroom was also a little dirty, there was even a dead bug in it, even though the cleaning staff was there before we came.

Quite stay in a lovely city
Pros:

The private beach and location.

Cons:

There wasn't any entertainement at the hotel but maybe because it was February.
There wasn't the hairdryer, but I told it to the host.
The cleaness was not like I expeted it.

Very good
Pros:

Very fast, decent contact.  Just few minutes after the booking was confirmed, got the contact asking about the arrival time and if I have any special requirements.
Studio is perfectly enough  for good budget, tv, modern air-condition, mini fridge.  Good to have a bottle of water as a start untill making your shopping.
Equipments are enough to make light meals, clean room and bathroom.
Very nice sandy beach, no reefs, very clean sea water. Ideal for kids and those who can not swim.
Sea beds are avaliable for free.
2 swimming pools, one available but the second was not, maybe temporarily. Nice garden and very friendly staff all arround.
10 mints walking from Senzo Mall where you can do shopping. Easy communication by lokal mini buses for the moment you pay 6 pounds one way to Sakkala the city center, as well as Uber is available. For taxis YOU MUST set the tarif before getting in the cab. Very nice sunny and hot few days in November. Highly enjoyed and recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Must have beach towel and bathroom towels,  no towels service available.
