Pros:

There is no doubt that the apartments are in a very nice area. They are fairly nice to come home to after a day out exploring. On the downside, we stayed there in the mid range apartments on our way to England for six days. On our way back we had another two days and decided we would go back to the same apartment giving credibility to the overall worthiness of the apartments to stay at. The thing is we booked a deluxe apartment and paid extra money and got the same style apartment as our first visit.

We were expecting a little bit more. Having said that they are definitely worth staying at but do not be sucked in to booking a deluxe apartment. Without hesitation, I would stay at these apartments again.

Pros:

To start, the property location and proximity to Canton Fair as listed on Expedia does not correspond to the actual location of the apartments. After spending hours trying to get directions we eventually found the actual location. Upon arrival, we discovered the room to be in unacceptable condition, including visible black mold and clear signs of insufficient cleaning. These issues constitute a serious health hazard and fall significantly below reasonable expectations of hygiene, safety, and the standards advertised. Beds were unmade, the AC was not functional, we requested the WiFi password and attempted to call the front desk for information, to no avail. We decided to check out that night, request a refund and find an alternative hotel, however no one was at the front desk when we returned. Came back in the morning, still no staff, no response to WhatsApp, no answer to our attempted calls. Expedia tried contact the property in our behalf as well with no success. When we eventually got onto them in the afternoon, they said their staff comes out later than when we visited and they denied that I attempted to call them, refused to refund, and then blocked my number for calls and WhatsApp. Do not visit this facility. Worst experience I’ve had at any hotel ever and total disregard for health, safety or customer service.
