Pros:

Location was good close to everything that we wanted to do. The room and hotel was very clean

We had constant barking from dogs, requested to be moved and experienced same thing in hotel from dogs barking morning and night. We had accidents from diarrhea in the hallways right in front of our room!

Hilton’s new Spark concept is great!
Pros:

Room has everything you need. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast area may be the cleanest I have seen. Close to Opry House for events there. A very good restaurant right behind it. I would stay there again.

Nice thru s trying time.
Pros:

I appreciated the front desk person. She was extremely nice on check in. We traveled because my dad had taken a downward turn health wise. We didn't expect him to make it thru the night. The front desk lady was kind.

Cons:

I wish there was conditioner in the shower. I forgot it in a hurry to get to the hospital.
