The aqua park
The towel rail in the bathroom broke off,
The flash in the toilet in my kids room not working.
Poor customer service.
Game area is very outdated, still had a PS4 and all games like pool and table tennis had dust all over them.
Dinner buffet was shocking really poor selection of food, no options for kids.
Hotel does not feel like a 5star hotel interior was very old and looks like its been poorly maintained.
No WiFi in the room, only works when on the balcony.
Curtain in the room dont close fully, lots of light in the morning.
No storage for us to leave our luggages at the hotel.
They left our luggage at the front of reception and said there is no storage room.w

Staff were very helpful and kind and they were welcoming specially Ahmed Shabrawi and front desk he helped me to add my brother and sister to my room.
Property clean and great room location near to restaurant and swimming pool were clean and lifeguard friendly and always there , a lot of activity for kids
Clean room, aqua is good, but should have one bar at least for residents for drinks between breakfast and dinner
