Pros:

The room was better than expected, however the Seaview is not more of pool view and water park view with partial Seaview.

The food was not bad in terms or quality and variety.

The staff are very friendly with some minor exceptions. Some of the staff were overly friendly I a nice way.

Cons:

Cleanliness need some serious improvement. Starting from the walkways, slides, pools etc. etc. except the rooms need a serious cleaning job.

Fridays are too crowded due to people booking a day use. There was no place to sit.

Some Toilets and shower rooms undergoing maintenance, it was very long walk to go to the toilet.

Staff need to be more professional when dealing with each other and with guests.

Cons:

Die Musikbeschallung von morgens um 8 bis ~23 Uhr kann nerven.

Es gibt an allen Stellen, insbesondere den Treppen zu den Rutschen Reparaturbedarf.

Die Fugen an der schnellen roten Rutsche wurden mit Gummi, oder Silikon ausgebessert, was absolut unangenehm ist!

Die Pausen bei den Attraktionen sorgen für negative Bewertungen. Immerhin bezahlt man viel Geld, dafür man im Aquapark alles nutzen kann. Einen Zeitplan findet man aber nicht, wann welche Rutsche aktiv ist.
