Easy, safe, although it was a bit cold, walking to The Galleria was nice.
Pros:

The Galleriai is Close by and we had dinner there once.

The beds are too all.

Nice place in a convenient location.
Pros:

The location was great, and the beds were heavenly. The food menu for dinner was also excellent.

Cons:

The breakfast was OK. In my bedroom there was a big hole in the carpet that made it seem kind of ghetto. Overall, the place was nice, but I don’t know that it was worth paying what I did.

Pros:

Lovely staff. Really friendly and welcoming. Breakfast options felt limited but tasty. The bed is probably the most comfortable i have ever been on. Walking distance to Galleria

Cons:

Several strands of hairs in shower, bathroom floor and in sink. Felt like the bathroom was not cleaned.

Overall, it was a decent stay. If the A/C worked a little better, I wouldn’t mind booking here again.
Pros:

The bed was pretty comfortable. The room with a king size including the bathroom was pretty spacious for two adults. The distance was not too far nor too close to downtown which was a plus.

Cons:

The self parking lot was a little complicated to get to upon arrival. The elevators at the end of the hall were not too clean and led to a back area where it looked like only employees were supposed to be. The A/C would stay off a little too long which allowed the room to keep getting hot while sleeping. The mini store in the lounge area were a bit expensive.

Needs a renovation specially in social areas, breakfast below average quality and variety, bar as well. Staff at reception were not at their station twice during my stay and had to wait 3-5 minutes each time.

We enjoyed the Sheraton on our annual Christmas trip to Galleria.
Pros:

We didn't have breakfast? Wonderful Desk Attendant; Very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Lighting in bathroom without exhaust fan noise.

We had a car so it was a great location for us.
Pros:

Adequate self parking plus the location was easy to access from the major freeways. The room (king club) was spacious with a great bed and lovely bathroom.

Cons:

Shower pressure could’ve been a bit stronger. Disappointing club lounge beverages and food (but good breakfast).
