it was very clean, up to date, open, and just overall very welcoming.
i did feel like it was a bit uncomfortable with some of the guest that were staying there we had a incident with a random guy being creepy.

Es la segunda vez que vengo a este hotel, la mayoria de los trabajadores nos hacen sentir como si estuvieramos.en casa.
Me gusta mucho el hotel
La atencion de la persona de rececpcion fue muy mala. Nos sentimos discriminados por no saber hablar mucho ingles, pedimos hablar con el administrador, pero no quisieron llamarlo.
Si fuera posible, quisiera hablar con el manager.

La persona que nos atendió en la registracion fue muy poco amable y hasta mostraba desinterés al atendernos.
Excelente las instalaciones, tal cual lo describen esta todo impecable.
La cena en el hotel tardo mas de 1 hora y era un plato muy sencillo (quesadillas y alitas de pollo), la atención del personal es cortante (depende quien te toque)

El desayuno...pesimo, . pocas personas para atender, estaban superados, no habia cubiertos, platos, agua disponible, habia que esperar muchisimo para que te sirvan el cafe y repongan frutas, el personal muy amable pero insuficiente
