Prima locatie, 20 min loopafstand van het centrum en de haven.

Cons:

De appartementen waren alleen met de lift bereikbaar. Er was geen optie om de trap te nemen.

Pros:

A great option that is well priced and still walkable to the ferry and other sights. We liked being a little bit out of the tourist area but near all the wonderful coffee shops and restaurants/cafes in Parnell. More of a local feel which we enjoyed. Staff are friendly and rooms are small but comfortable. Everything is clean and modern. We used the hotel parking for NZD20/per night.

Pros:

Very new and clean and well fitted out - good dining options nearby my. We had a ‘compact’ room which included a large column eating into the room space, creating some interesting gymnastics to navigate around the bed. Would not be good for someone with mobility issues. Moving the light switches would allow the bed to be moved slightly and have reduced the impact of this problem.
Bathrooms and showers were very nice

Cons:

The location is quite a walk from downtown Auckland, but close to the art gallery, and the university. We were happy to walk but some might find the walk too onerous … if visiting Auckland is the plan

Pros:

The hotel room is well appointed and good size, I love the quality of the toiletries like shower gel with ginseng. Facility is new, clean and modern. Public parking is plenty around the hotel.
