Pros:

Das Hotel ist nahe am Bahnhof Strand.
Es ist gut zu fuss erreichbar. Die Sicht auf Auckland war wunderbar.
Der Zug hatte Verspätung und ich war nach den Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption da. Mir wurde die Schlüssel deponiert. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt.

Pros:

Location & bed comfort. 20 min walk to quay for ferries and centre. 2 min walk to restaurants and independent shops in parnell. Loved some of the bars & cafes just up the road.
Great food reasonably priced.

Cons:

Room felt small ...budget hotel & soulless. We have been staying in lots of roomy motels on North & South island for similar prices. I recognise you have to pay more in the capital but still felt disappointed.

Fantastic service , good location . Helpful staff and spotless room.
Pros:

The room
Was spotless and had a washing machine and tumble dryer in it . A small kitchen and the location was good . An easy walk to the wharf.
Most importantly was the service from the two ladies on reception and the manager . They helped us find a suitable safe parking place near the hotel as the car park was full . They held our suitcases for 24 hours and couldn’t do more to help .
I would definitely stay here again .

Pros:

Room was perfect in clean

Cons:

Use of laundry was resistcres by room type

$100 bond fee common in in overseas hotel but in nz its anoying that it takes up a week to ger tour money back

Room was a bit small hars to place your luggage

Clean hotel. Great location. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Value for money was not there. Very high cost for a small room with a small window facing a wall. Booked a standard room but when I arrived was told I had booked a 'compact' room.
