Beautifully appointed, Andenia is a little slice of heaven tucked away in the mountains. The staff are wonderful, the service is highly personalised, and the gardens nestled in the Andes make it a real retreat. As soon as you enter the property you know you’ve made the best choice.
It was faultless
Andenia offered a range of activities on site (we loved our picnic, couples massage, hot tubs every night). The reception staff (Andrea) made helpful suggestions for outside excursions and helped us coordinate. She also indulged our curiosity by answering all of our questions - for example about local customs and flora. The setting is absolutely stunning and peaceful. Andenia provided many little thoughtful touches, like slippers in our bedroom and warm water bottles on cold nights. Their cocktails are the best!

The quality of the service was exceptional, also the concept and design of the hotel it is just incredible. The breakfast was really good, best included breakfast Ive received. The hotel offers free bonefire, just to relax or to have a special dinner. The food a la carte was really good, no need to take a taxi to Urubamba everynight to eat.
Nothing really
I loved the breakfast every morning - the food was amazing! I loved all the quiet spaces throughout the property, the house slippers and robes provided in the rooms and the comfortable beds. I also liked that we can reserve space by the bonfire to eat dinner, it was lovely!
I probably didn't like that there isn't much else around the area to explore and it would require a taxi to get around but it wasn't too bad. I particularly wanted to stay on property most of the time to decompress.
Muy buena atención
It is the most beautiful and serene place with a a huge garden where one can spot hummingbirds. The rooms are very spacious and they turned on the fire at night, which makes it so cosy. All food was amazing, many dishes contained herbs from the garden. It is definitely worth spending enough time here to enjoy the garden and plan some activities beyond the typical Sacred Valley sights (the offer various activities such as hikes, horse riding and bike tours).

Superbe hôtel dans la vallée sacrée de Cusco, très intimiste car pas de vis-à-vis entre les chambres. En pleine nature avec des bassins chauds et froids privatisés pour chaque chambre avec un système de créneau. Petit déjeuner très bon, personnel très aidant avec les taxis et les itinéraires pour le Machu Picchu. Design de l’hôtel très moderne et contemporain avec un soin particulier pour le jardin et les extérieurs.
Les extras sont très chers, par exemple la laundry à 40$, les taxis pour la gare routière à 25$, des extra pour les boissons assez chers : au prix de ce que l’on pourrait payer dans des hôtels 5 étoiles en Europe. Le prix des chambres est très élevé pour le Pérou.

We had a really great stay at Andenia. The hotel is beautiful, the bed was super comfortable, and the staff was always friendly, helpful, and attentive. We felt very well taken care of and truly enjoyed our time there.
The gardens were amazing.
Walls were thin and patios side by side with neighbors meant if they were using theirs you didn’t really have privacy in the rooms near reception. Others to the back of property may be better. Also we were there at maybe a bad time as they were setting up for an event so it was busy. I suspect normally it’s more serene.
Beautiful location. Very quiet and peaceful with the surrounding mountains.
The room was nothing like the pictures on the website showed. It was dark, damp and there was no window to open. The swimming pool had hardly any water in it and the staff didn’t seem like they couldn’t be bothered to work. Very over priced for what you get.
The staff were very friendly and attentive. The rooms were detached and located in a beautiful relaxing garden (with running streams) away from reception and restaurant. The room was well appointed with a balcony overlooking the garden. The property has a pool and hot tub. The restaurant provided good quality and varied food. Each evening the staff lit a fire in our room adding to the relaxing and comfortable experience. We were also able to store our luggage whilst visiting Machu Picchu overnight.
Very friendly staff members; boutique style accommodations which is what we liked. Fine facilities and good ambiance.

Habían alquilado un área para un matrimonio y al momento de implementarlo generaban mucho ruido con un grupo electrógeno y el montaje de un toldo que no dejaba descansar
