מלון נפלא ומומלץ בחום. הכי טוב בעמק הקדוש.
Pros:

מלון יפייפה עם גינה מדהימה וחדרים מרווחים. קבלנו שדרוג לוילה. ארוחת בוקר צנועה יחסית אבל טעימה. צוות אדיב ומסביר פנים. חוויה נפלאה.

Gran hotel! Ideal mejorar ventilación

El hotel es hermoso, amplio, mucha naturaleza y paz.

Cons:

Los cuartos no tienen buena ventilación y el mío aparentemente tenía mucho polvo y nos causó mucha alergia, no pudimos dormir bien. Si abrías la ventana o mampara entraban muchos bichos pero no tenían mosquiteros para evitar esto.

Cons:

Hotellet lå i et område, hvor der absolut ikke var nogen aktiviteter eller andre stedet hvor man kunne spise. Hotellets mad var fint men også i den dyre ende.

Beautiful property requiring a lot of improvements
Pros:

Beautiful grounds and nice, new bungalows in a quiet neighbourhood.

Cons:

Rooms lacked conveniences like an electric kettle, cups or mini-fridge not to mention a lack of screens on the windows or door so that the choice was a stuffy room or a lot of flies. Requested a quiet room but woke up at 8:00 a.m. to a crew of 3 men working 10 feet from our bungalow...followed 30 minutes later by an email saying they'd be shutting of the water for a while. Server at dinner seemed unhappy and uninterested in her job...we ate elsewhere the following evening. No parking on the grounds.

A two nights stop on our way from Cusco to Machu Picchu, to visit the sites of the Sacred Valley
Pros:

Staff was welcoming and accommodate our request for a better room.
The garden was pleasant with many trees and running water.
Breakfast buffet was good (excellent guacamole).
Food offered at diner was also excellent.

Cons:

While the property is referred in Urubamba, it is actually in Sillachanca (12 km and 16 minutes drive away). That was not very clear at the time of the booking.
Amenities in the bathroom was too limited (only shampoo and soap).
There is no laundry service and the property offered a rate of 20 USD a kilo (when in Cusco it was 20 SOL) because they send the laundry by taxi, so you pay the taxi instead of the laundry.
Same thing with Taxi and/or transportation.
They gently offered transportation but we discovered that we were taken to the “cleaners”.
The driver to tour the sites around Urumbura was charged around USD 110; or they offered a 40 USD to go to Cusco when we found a UBER for 85 SOL.
Finally it is good to offer Yoga sessions unless you do not participate but still get all the loud voice of the “Teacher” such that you cannot rest in peace on your balcony.
As a last word, the property is OK but a little bit overrated in our view and experience.

Acogedor refugio bajo la montaña
Pros:

Nos encantó que todo era muy acogedor! La habitación tenía una vista hermosa, estaba muy limpia. Y todas las noches cuando llegábamos, nos esperaba una bolsa de agua caliente para cada uno y eucalipto en la ducha.
La comida deliciosa!! Nos encantaron las pozas de agua caliente en la noche y la cena frente a la fogata.
El hotel es realmente hermoso.
Además, pudimos caminar a la catarata de Arin. Lindisima experiencia, volveremos :)

Overall an amazing, under the radar boutique hotel
Pros:

The property was absolutely beautiful. The gardens were so serene. The staff was very attentive and I was well taken care of. The hot water bottles at night were a nice touch. Thoroughly enjoyed the massage and private yoga class as well.

Cons:

There was loud music next door the first night. Sounded like a celebration. Can’t fault them for that though. It’s a boutique hotel in the middle of a local town.

Restful resort in the valley.
Pros:

We loved our stay here to acclimatize to the altitude and explore the valley. Beautiful gardens and the family room was perfect for us. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great styling, fabulous garden and we all enjoyed the pool at the end of each day.

Un oasis en el Valle Sagrado con la mejor atención posible
Pros:

Andenia es un hotel boutique ubicado en un lugar tranquilo del Valle Sagrado y que dfestaca por un servicio es muy personalizado. Todo estuvo muy bien, destacando el excelente desayuno!
