Wapato is one love
Pros:

Great location. This is my favorite place in Chelan Lake. The condo is old but cozy and comfortable, and it’s good for a family with kids. The pool was next to our porch, but it wasn’t nosy. The kitchen has all necessary equipment and also washer and dryer.

Cons:

Good condo, but freezer in refrigerator doesn’t work.

Do not intend to book there on future visits.
Pros:

Convenient location.

Cons:

Extremely hard to find unit in the dark. We spent more than a half hour trying to determine where the unit was as signs are not visible in the dark.
Additionally, we were put in a unit with malfunctioning air and then when weather turned hot, management wanted to move us to another unit. Repacking and moving would have wasted half a day so we refused to move.

Pros:

We like the location in Manson at wapato point

Cons:

We booked 3 seperate units. One of the condos we were locked out twice by a glitchy keypad. We waited a total of an hour and a half with no call back before someone showed up. All valuables were in the unit including car keys and wallets. It was very frustrating. The phone service (help line) this company uses is off site and at times not very helpful. The person who showed up was nice and apologetic and said it would be made up to us but we didnt recieve even an appolgy from anyone other than him. With so many places to stay on the point I would probably pick another facility next time. The other units had various issues like tvs and outlets not working and no follow up with maintenance.

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

It is extremely comfortable for a family and the location is perfect! We love all the amenities at Wapato Point. The property management was wonderful to work with and weee very accommodating to our needs.

Cons:

Nothing-it was PERFECT!
