Gemütliches Hotel für die Skiferien
Pros:

Fantastisches Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen lässt, viele regionale Produkte.
Selbst ein Cappuccino mit Hafermilch war auf Anfrage möglich.

Wir hatten keine Halbpension, aber haben dennoch an beiden Abenden im Hotel gegessen, weil es so gut war.

Das Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch alles tiptop sauber und die Betten sind sehr bequem.

Schöner Wellnessbereich mit 2 Saunen (90&60) und einem Dampfbad, sowie Ruhebereich. Auf Anfrage darf man den Wellnessbereich auch länger nutzen.

Für Skifahrer: Der Skibus nach Mellau hält direkt vor dem Hotel & in 15 min ist man an den Bergbahnen. Es hat einen Skiraum mit Skischuhheizung.

Das Personal ist super freundlich und immer ansprechbar.

Wirklich alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Ganz tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal!
Pros:

Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen und wir werden sicher wieder kommen. Ganz tolles Hotel mit vielen Services on top (Kinderbetreuung, Skitaxi, etc.). Es gibt einen großen Spielraum für Kinder, Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage (vor allem im Winter super), einen extra Raum zur Aufbewahrung von Skisachen, etc…
Unfassbar nettes, sehr engagiertes Personal!
Meine Tochter hat Zöliakie und darf daher kein Gluten essen. Für sie wurde extra glutenfreies Essen zubereitet, von Kaiserschmarren über Käsespätzle bis zum Nachtisch, alles möglich! Und dazu noch sehr lecker! Die glutenfreien Brötchen standen morgens für sie direkt schon an ihrem Platz am Tisch. Total aufmerksam.
Auch die Lage im schönen Bezau, nicht weit von Skiort Mellau hat uns sehr gefallen.
Wir waren rundum zufrieden!

Bester Service und super Urlaub mit Kindern!
Pros:

Super Service und alle sehr nett zu den Kindern. Wir waren mit dem Enkelkind, dem alles sehr gut gefallen hat. Besonders zu erwähnen ist das sehr gute Frühstücksbuffet, mit extra für Kinder angerichtetem Lieblingsessen. Sogar das vergessene Täschchen mir dem Zahnputzzeug wurde nachgeschickt!
