Great place to stay and relax. Staff could be more friendly. Too expensive for its value

Great location and service. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Staff members are professional yet most are reluctant to put in effort to help and some are hard to deal with.
Booked a non smoking room yet I was placed in a smoking area. Issue was resolved after a tedious and exhausting process.
Special thanks to Bassam and Ward for putting serious effort to make our stay more comfortable.
