Our stay at Ajwa Cappadocia was nothing short of exceptional, made even more memorable by our time in the Nasireddin Mehmet Cave Suite.

From the moment we arrived, the experience felt thoughtfully curated rather than transactional. The property is stunning, authentic Cappadocian architecture blended with understated luxury, craftsmanship, and an unmistakable sense of place.

The Nasireddin Mehmet Cave Suite was a highlight in itself. Spacious, serene, and beautifully designed, it struck the perfect balance between historical character and modern comfort. The natural cave setting created a sense of calm and privacy that encouraged us to slow down and truly disconnect. Waking up in such a timeless space, surrounded by the unique landscape of Cappadocia, was a rare privilege.

The service throughout our stay was exemplary. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, anticipating needs without being intrusive. Special thanks to Can, Merve, and Ismail, whose care, professionalism, and personal touch truly elevated our experience and made us feel exceptionally well looked after.

Dining was equally impressive, with high-quality food and thoughtful presentation, reinforcing the hotel’s attention to detail and standards. From cleanliness to service to overall atmosphere, everything was executed with care and intent.

The hotel is located in a very beautiful, calm area – ideal for people who do not wish to stay within the hurly-burly of the otherwise very touristic Cappadocia. Our cave suite was an absolute masterpiece and the attention to detail is unique in many ways. Once can clearly see the owners passion for high quality, craftsmanship and tradition. The restaurant and breakfast are very good and the spa also offers everything one can hope for, although gym amenities might be slightly expanded.

Treated like royalty!!! Stayed here for 3 nights along with family and feel short of words to describe my wonderful stay. Our stay was made special with free room upgrades. The staff was so welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable!! Providing us with one free transfer to the closest town Urgup. Also we had to leave early by 3am during our checkout and without even asking the front office had packed our breakfast which was ready to go boxes. Special thanks to Omar!!

We really loved this property. The hotel was a wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul city, which was exactly why we chose AJWA for its off-centre location. Despite that, the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle to nearby towns, so getting around was still very convenient.

The space and design truly stood out—every corner felt thoughtfully planned, with so much attention to detail. The staff were exceptional, especially Ahmet, who always took his time to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Our daily breakfast was another highlight, thanks to our lovely waiter, Merve (hope I got her name right). The food was decent, and the service was superb.

The property itself offers so much to explore, with countless facilities and enjoyable activities ranging from art and culture to outdoor and historical experiences. We absolutely loved our time here and would not hesitate to return.

Beautifully designed. The property is as large and enable us to enjoy the unique features of the place the staff is very helpful and courteous and were excellent host they made us feel welcomed.

Our stay at Ajwa Cappadocia was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. We loved everything about this hotel — the atmosphere, the attention to detail, and the warmth of the staff. We truly appreciated the thoughtful upgrade and the lovely gifts, which made our anniversary feel so special.

Although the hotel is a bit far from central Cappadocia, you never feel isolated. The property itself is breathtaking and has so much to offer — from a mini zoo and mini farm to a beautiful museum. Our favourite spot was the masjid and the outdoor ablution area in the gardens — it felt so peaceful and magical.

The restaurant was exceptional, and every meal was delicious. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. We honestly can’t recommend this resort enough. Thank you, Ajwa Cappadocia, for an unforgettable experience!
