No cleanliness and proper room service
Pathetic property. Highly unclean and unhygienic. Booked for family for 4 days. Didn’t even stay for 1 hr as staffs refused changing the unclean bedspread and pillow covers. Booked another hotel and finished the Bangalore visit

The location suited my needs. The property was generally clean. But the bathroom was not maintained
My booking experience was very bad. The property cancelled the booking I made on Booking.com without telling me. Thereafter, they made a separate booking, and made me pay online before the check in. At the time of checking in, I had told the property that my plans had changed, and I needed the room for only one night; the property refused to make any changes or reimburse the extra amount paid to them. Finally, I ended up staying one night in the property after paying two day's tariff.
Staff were friendly, Bed was comfortable and amenities were good.
Bathroom was not cleaned. Before we enter the bathroom was already some used and the commode wasn't dry. Room had a fungal smell and i asked the staff to spray the freshener he did it.

The room was clean, and met my expectations. I really liked the touch of adding the kettle in the room. It came in very handy. The washroom was very clean and tidy, water heater was available, shower towels were provided.

Accept location nothing !! Maybe because we were the only guests it seems, in the whole hotel and renovation work is on , except our room , they shouldn't take booking in this condition , the room which was given to us saying this is the only room they kept for you us, was full of cockroaches, the bathroom was very very small , the toilet flush not working properly, inshort the room given to us didn't even have proper window view
I would have cancelled the booking but already paid the advance and we were there for only a night we just slept through
Avoid for now at least , don't pay in advance to reach there and check the condition first ..
The staff behaviour is good but the physical condition of the hotel is not at all good
Room is not at all clean with full of bedbugs. not suitable for a descent stay. I could not stay there and they did not refund the amount telling that I have already checked in. I hardly spend 10 minutes in the room.
Boys are courteous.
Rooms are average not shown in pictures .lots of cockroaches in the room
