Courteous staff, spacious room, accommodative front desk and managers to let us check in early and changed the room on request . Arranged taxis for tours and drop to the train station

Rooms were very big as we book for 3 adults, nice view, big washroom and staff was very friendly.
We have given a room and as we entered we found shower was broken , water logging and there was no hot water plus washroom door once locked not able to open however we inform them immediately and they changed our room but i am surprised that when they are aware about these things why they give that room to guests without fixing things. Outside area was a bit dead.
Nice big room and enjoyed our stay. Pls consider having a small cloth rack in the balcony to dry the clothes. Room service took more than 30 mints to bring our order. Good breakfast buffet.

Shower chamber water draining so inadequate. It got stagnant all the time. It made floor wet all time.
after one night stay....hoyel.management offered me upgrade. I dont know why....!!!
I like there views.
I don't have two days continue hot water. And they didn't arrange it . So I am very disappointed about it. And they have charged the total amount. End of the day.

Location is nice and you have an excellent view being on the hotel's roof. Highly recommended. Buffet dinner and breakfast also available. Staff is friendly and helpful

Nice location, pleasant staff, good breakfast and in general good food from the a la carte menu. Spacious rooms.
There was a smell of something old and unclean in our room. You could tell the hotel is well worn out and our sheets were stained and did not smell fresh.
