Staff at the reception desk was very helpful, we had problems to pay for the stay, but he let us in anyway.

Cons:

It was not possible to pay at Booking site, there was only one option - to pay at the hotel.

Alles in allem gut. Gerne wieder.
Pros:

Der Aquapark ist toll. Das Personal (Spätschicht) war sehr kompetent und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war top. Grundsätzlich passt hier alles. Bin schon länger jedes Jahr hier. Auch die Möglichkeit des Nachtbadens ist top.

Cons:

Diesmal war leider die Klimaanlage kaputt. Das war bei den Temperaturen schwer erträglich. Am letzten Tag hat man erfahren, dass das Hotel auch keine Schuld daran hatte.Die Empfangsdame (Spätschicht) war aber sehr kreativ und hat geholfen.

זמינות לשדה התעופה ותחבורה ציבורית

Cons:

ניקיון, פארק המים החיצוני היה סגור על אף שמזג האוויר היה שמשי, לפי מצב ההזנחה שלו נראה כי לא היה פעיל תקופה ארוכה. מגלשות מקורות- רק מגלשה אחת הייתה פעילה והשאר היו סגורות. מתחם הבריכות אינו נגיש לעגלות

Zum erholen, viel schwimmen und 2-3 Tage völlig in Ordnung.
Pros:

War alles geräumig- tolles Zimmer, gutes Wlan, sauber.
Direkt an einer Bushaltestelle- Einkaufsladen nebenan.
Nachtschwimmen war toll - vorallem für Kids.

Cons:

Leider wird mit mehreren Pools geworben, aber die Hotelpools, Dachpool usw. diese waren leider verkommen , nicht gepflegt uns leer.
War vor zwei Jahren anders…
Klima hat nicht wirklich gekühlt.

Pros:

The semi working water park was the only thing that made this stay not a total disaster

Cons:

The whole place is in disrepair, ac not working properly, shower not getting hot, questionable breakfast. Night front desk person needs to be fired, kept rolling her eyes at every question or request, did not solve any issues we had with the room
