I booked this hotel in advance, but when I arrived, I was shocked to find out that the place does not even exist (it was apparently closed). I was told I could stay at another place in the same town for the same cost. They sent me to Hotel Parque Central.
When I arrived at Hotel Parque Central, there was no record of my booking at all. The receptionist had no system working, no information, and no rooms available for the people I had booked for. They tried to "solve" it by putting us in single rooms, but everything was completely disorganized and full of misinformation.
The person responsible just told us to "stay there and it would be sorted out the next day." I’m sorry, but I do not want to stay in a place where everything is so chaotic and unreliable.
In the end, we decided to leave and book another hotel ourselves. It was a very upsetting experience and caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
I do not recommend this hotel at all.
Great location and staff. Excellent value. Lots of spaces inside and outside the house to relax or socialize

The staff were so nice and very helpful!
There was no hot water in the showers, there were cockroaches in the kitchen, and the wifi and plugs didnt work in our room

The room is next to other that use the staff and next to the street, at 5am when in the other room turned on the light was like in the same room and when the door is open it can be heard from the room.
There were not towels
It was a good place, comfortable and well located.
