For whoever is interested, there's a TV. Fan too.
Safe with locked gate. Convenient location but (see didn't like section).
There's a table, but no chairs to sit.
One of us didn't like the mattress - too hard.
No hot water but we honestly didn't mind as it was super hot there.
Maybe not the best location to be walking around at night.
