Its never 4 star hotel, you can say its a hostel located in appart inside a building , elevator is not working, the entrance is full of construction rabish, , the good thing is its good location in downtown
Nice location. But hotel is not easy to find. Wish it had a sign at front entrance. The bathroom is small, the water after showering will not go away.
The staff ( Ahmad, Omar, Saif,…) was really helpful and they did everything they can to make me stay at this hotel when I first got there, now I will stay there every time I go to Cairo, staff are very friendly and doing their best with some limited resources.
The location is very central and convenient. The price is very friendly. But the room cannot really sleep 4. The so called double bed are not real double bed, only slightly wider than a single bed. The online booking specifies age 0-17 as children. But the hotel doesn’t acknowledge that. I suggest the management to update their online listing to avoid confusion and disappointment.
The room was clean, but it is in an old building mixed with other businesses, which is common in downtown Cairo. Hard to tell the hotel is there. We didn't try the breakfast. The wifi was very weak and spotty. The online listing is not accurate
