It was very difficult to get clear information about the check in. There was no key for the building entrance door in our room, and it was difficult to reach the host. At the end it was solved, but it caused unnecessary stress.
Our room and bathroom were dirty. The floor in our room was sticky, despite the host claiming he had checked the room and had not noticed any issue.

The accommodation was supposed to be ready from 2 pm according to the conditions and was only ready at 4 pm. On booking, a completely different room was ordered, the apartment. The kitchen and bathroom were not functional and needed maintenance. The other rooms were terrible, everything could be heard through the door, the other rooms were separated by a door. The bed was uncomfortable, a soft old spring mattress. At night, every time someone opened the door to the bathroom or their room, the floor creaked.

lekko utrudniony kontakt z właścicielem ale ostatecznie wszystko poszło ok. Do właściciela trzeba pisać wprost. Informacje o kwaterunku, to jak się dostać do samego mieszkanie, kody, piny itd. wysyła w dzień samej rezerwacji.

El colchón de la cama no era cómodo, estaba hundido y las lamas de la cama se caían con solo sentarse, no había almohada sólo un cojín bastante fino así que tampoco era cómodo. La cama es el único mueble fundamental para un alojamiento así que hay que invertir en él .Había una cocina pero no se podía utilizar y la nevera no funcionaba. Las luces de las zonas comunes se encendían automáticamente al pasar lo que es bastante incómodo ya que para ir al baño, que es común, tienes que pasar por ellas y por la noche te deslumbran.
