Nice place in a good location
Pros:

Good location in a part of Vienna with many smaller more interesting cafes and shops compared to the more touristic very central area around Stephansplatz. At the same time, still quite close to a lot of sights and just a few minutes walk to the main shopping street of Mariahilfer Str.

I stayed in low season so the apartment with the rooms was quiet, however it was nicely furnished and had some basic kitchen etc. facilities. The room itself was basic but quite comfortable.

Cons:

There was some confusion about the address supplied during self check-in, this was eventually resolved but they could probably make it a little clearer - the listed address is "81 Gumpendorfer Straße 34-36", which is an odd format, but the street number is 81 and the "34-36" is on the door of the apartment.

No estaba muy lejos del centro.

Cons:

El colchón, la cama y la almohada super incómodos,
El sistema de la puerta pésimo, hay que estudiar para cerrarla, la habitación grande pero vacía, sin tv, con un perchero escaso.
Hago hincapié en la cama, el colchón se hundía por la mitad y la espalda doblada toda la noche, no se como tiene esta puntuación en booking.

Buena ubicación e instalaciones. Dan toallas.

Cons:

Ni el horno ni los fuegos funcionaban. Solo una ducha para todas las habitaciones que había (más de 10) Es difícil contactar con el dueño del apartamento, no contestaron a mis mensajes hasta 4 días antes de ir que llamé y luego me respondieron.
