Amenities should be better
Pros:

The room is very large and clean, the location is easy to find with a supermarket less than a minute away, very convenient. We stayed there just one night

Cons:

I cannot understand how there could be just one bathroom and 2 toilets for an 8 room apartment. As simple as toilet paper was lacking in the toilets, we spent 1 night here and for 8 whole rooms there was just 1 toilet paper kept per toilet which obviously finished in a few hours. The kitchen bin is hard to use and constantly smells of cigarette. The host does not respond, sent email so many times with no answer, literally got instruction on how to access the room as i was already in the apartment.

Pros:

La habitación y el apartamento estaban bastante bien. La ubicación es muy cómoda también, podíamos ir andando tranquilamente al centro.

Cons:

La incertidumbre de como hacer el check-in no era agradable. Mandé un mensaje y no respondieron. Hacia las 15:00 al llegar la hora de hacer el check-in me mandaron fotos con explicación.
Además la casa esta renovada pero las paredes son muy finas y se oye todo de fuera (otros huéspedes llegando tarde, etc.)

Bardzo łatwo trafić do środka. Przejście wszystkich drzwi na podstawie zdjęć bardzo łatwe. Miałem prawie cały hostel dla siebie.

Perfekte Lage - ausreichend sauber - sehr nette Wohnung!

Cons:

Einziges echtes Problem war das Bett - Matratze ist Teil eines Matratzensystems - nur wurde kein Topper aufgelegt, was bedeutet man liegt unmittelbar auf dem Federkernteil und spürt jede einzelne Feder durch. Ließe sich sehr schnell und leicht beheben! Bett ist essenziell wichtig - kann den ganzen Tag versauen...

Lo único bueno era el tamaño de la habitación

Cons:

The booking.com message didn't have working attachments so I couldn't see the pics of how to get to my room and check-in. I admittedly didn't message about it until early the day before check in and had to wait for a response for several hours.

contant met eigenaar was zeer matig. afgesproken met de eigenaar om om 14:00 in te checken, maar tegen de tijd dat we er waren was eigenaar onbereikbaar. adres/locatie was niet te vinden en leek niet te bestaan. bij het aangegeven adres zat een bloemenwinkel en daar omheen wees niks erop dat de accommodatie bestond. na een lange tijd te wachten en contact proberen op te nemen met eigenaar hebben we daarom besloten om weg te gaan en een andere accommodatie te boeken.

The staff were everyday until what day I will stay. The communication with the host was not good. He didn't answer whatsapp nor booking messages. So i had to call him.

Nice place in a good location
Pros:

Good location in a part of Vienna with many smaller more interesting cafes and shops compared to the more touristic very central area around Stephansplatz. At the same time, still quite close to a lot of sights and just a few minutes walk to the main shopping street of Mariahilfer Str.

I stayed in low season so the apartment with the rooms was quiet, however it was nicely furnished and had some basic kitchen etc. facilities. The room itself was basic but quite comfortable.

Cons:

There was some confusion about the address supplied during self check-in, this was eventually resolved but they could probably make it a little clearer - the listed address is "81 Gumpendorfer Straße 34-36", which is an odd format, but the street number is 81 and the "34-36" is on the door of the apartment.
