Casa Amor is the perfect getaway hotel. Jacques and Walter take such great care of each guest allowing you to relax as you walk through the doors to the calming interior. Their careful attention to detail brings the most welcoming and relaxing atmosphere to the exceptionally well appointed and maintained hotel. They arranged transportation from the airport which was fantastic and prompt, made restaurant reservations and recommendations nearby. I cannot think of a more special place to stay.... and yes- the breakfast is THAT good!!

Fantastiskt boutique hotel, renoverat med största omsorg i sin rätta stil, till en liten oas mitt i kvarteren där de labyrintiska små gatorna går.

Så mysigt, inrett vackert och ombonat, med bästa service!
Trevliga och omtänksamma, man kände verkligen sig välkommen.
Frukosten är så omsorgsfullt tillagad, med de finaste råvarorna, vackert upplagt
och så gott!! Allt detta, tillsammans med den lilla innergården, gör det till en magisk start på dagen.
Vi hade 3 rum och alla var så fina. Badrummen rymliga och fräscha. Varje rum hade också en strandväska med badhanddukar att låna med sig. Mycket genomtänkt och väldigt uppskattat. Takterassen har stora trevliga ytor, med gott om plats att relaxa. Ett dopp i den lilla poolen kändes lite lyxigt att ändå kunna få, trots att vi var mitt i Gamla stan. Läget för hotellet är toppen. Några få minuters promenad ner till hamnen, marinan, marknaden, restaurangerna osv Båtarna som går ut till öarna ligger också bara några minuters promenad bort.
Vi fick Bästa service och omtanke precis hela tiden!
Kommer absolut att vilja bo här igen om vi kommer åter.

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Täglich wechselnde frische Obstsorten. Vieles selbstgebacken und selber hergestellt. Regionale Produkte. Da blieb kein Wunsch offen.
Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Besonders die Inhaber Edgar und Jacques, die ihre Gäste sehr umsorgen und verwöhnen.
Service, Sauberkeit und Lage top.
Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Best hotel breakfast, different each day. Amazing pool, comfortable bed, spacious room and gracious hosts. Would love to go here again.

Everything about this small hotel is perfect. The hosts, Jacques and Walter, were truly awesome. Nothing was too much trouble and their service, friendliness and attention to detail is second to none. We stayed in the Deluxe Room on the top floor with its own private terrace. The room was impeccable, just like the rest of the hotel. It felt like you was a welcome visitor in somebody’s house. The location too is excellent. Literally a 5 mins walk to seafront with all its restaurants, bars and the markets. We’d go back in a heartbeat without hesitation. It really is that good a place to stay!

My week’s stay here was exceptional.
The staff are friendly and clearly love their surroundings and job. Very clean and quiet but accessible to many restaurants, the marina and the markets. Would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in beautiful surroundings.

My stay at Casa Amour was a such a memorable one; from the warm welcome in the late night rain, the delicious breakfast in the beautifully appointed dining room/court yard, to all the little comforts of my room, hosts Jacques and Walter have created a unique hospitality experience in the heart of Olhão.
