Pros:

Staff fantastico sempre disponibile ad esaudire ogni richiesta e pronta ad accogliere con tanti sorrisi noi e il nostro piccolo ogninvolta che rientravamo, menslzione speciale per il cameriere Timothy sempre disponibile e attento ai clienti, cibo buono,posizione ottimale per andare in spiaggia e vivere il soggiorno in una zona non disagiata di kendwa (ahimè a zanzibar la maggior parte della popolazione non vive in condizioni ottimali), e ben servita, funzionale inoltre la presenza di un generatore di corrente dato che spesso la corrente va via.

Pros:

Завтрак был достойным. Каждый день подавали новые блюда. Прекрасно готовили омлет с сыром и овощами. Все было свежим и вкусным

Cons:

Существенно улучшить что - то трудно, так как это связано с тем, что пропадает электричесво , а с ним и интернет. Но это общая проблема, не относящаяся только к этому отелю

Cons:

- Generator failed one time for an hour leaving us out of electricity and water. Staff was actively working on fixing it.
- Beds could be longer but overall it was comfortable.

Amazing value for money in the heart of Kendwa
Pros:

I stayed here 3 nights. Guy at front desk (sorry forgot his name) was amazing, extremely friendly and nice. The restaurant upstairs has a big menu and everything I had was very nice.

Location is great, on the main strip. Right near other restaurants, stores and only a 5min walk to the beach.

Price-to-features ratio is probably one of the best in Zanzibar.

Bed reasonably comfy, TV worked, aircon worked, fridge worked, shower had good flow and hot water.

Cons:

Great experience however was a bit noisy. I was in a ground floor room and anytime someone in the room above me moved, I could hear it and it was very loud. However not really an issue during the night when everyone is sleeping. If there’s any way some sound deadening can be installed it would make the room even more perfect

Only other suggestions would be a shower glass as when showering most of the bathroom (including toilet) can get wet, and a bathroom floor mat as the floor can get quite slippery.

Overall very very impressed!!

Pros:

Très bon rapport qualité prix, personnel très aimable. Si vous prenez la chambre avec vue sur la mer vous aurez droit à un superbe coucher de soleil.

Cons:

Petit déjeuné bien mérité sans plus. Distance pour aller à la plage. Il faut compter 10min.

Quarto super arrumadinho , com frigobar, chaleira , ar condicionado , super confortável!
Restaurante do hotel com uma comida MARAVILHOSA, jantei todos os dias lá e é um prato melhor que o outro!
Atendimento do Danson e do Timoti perfeito! Dedicados e educados a todo momento! Parabéns para os dois!

Cons:

Nada.
Tem falta de luz todos os dias em Zanzibar e eles tem gerador (o que muitos hotéis não tem). Estão de parabéns!

Ótimo custo benefício em Kendwa.
Pros:

Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e sempre tentam ajudar os hóspedes. A localização é ótima, além de possuir uma vista espetacular para o pôr do sol. A internet funciona super bem nas instalações.

Cons:

O chuveiro não consegue manter a água quente por muito tempo, porém ela não chega a ficar completamente gelada. Isso não chegou a ser um problema por conta do calor.
