Tolle Ferienwohnung, mit allem was man braucht.
Pros:

Es ist von außen eine sehr modern gestaltete gut gepflegte Villa mit Pool in einer ruhigen hochwertigen Wohngegend.
Wir haben ein Upgrade von der 33qm auf die 55qm Apartment bekommen.
Sehr nette Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin über WhatsApp mit Anweisungen (Video und Bilder) zum checkin.
Sie fragt auch gelegentlich ob man etwas benötigt und man kann sich jederzeit bei ihr melden.
Relativ neu renovierte Ausstattung. Mit Klimaanlage die auch sehr gut funktioniert. Kleine aber schöne Küche. Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Kochfeld. Das Bad ist groß und modern eingerichtet.
Die Matratzen waren so gut wie neu, sehr hoch und superbequem. Es ist die teuerste Matratzenserie von IKEA, glaube ich und die ist sehr gut. Das Schlafzimmer hatte Rolladen, so konnte man mit offenem Fenster schlafen.
Toller Pool mit mehreren Liegen der gut gepflegt wird. Entfernung zu mehreren Supermärkten (Eurospin) nur ca 600 bis 800m.
CONAD Einkaufszentrum mit vielen Ess- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca 1,5km entfernt.
MC-Donalds und Burger-King ca 600m entfernt. (Wenn es mal schnell gehen muss)
Ich war Ende September hier. Man findet vor dem Haus welches sich in einer kurzen Sackgasse befindet so gut wie immer einen Parkplatz. Im großen Grundstück mit Tor sind aber auch Parkplätze auf Anfrage oder bei Bedarf verwendbar (ggf gegen geringen Aufpreis).
Mehrere Pizzerien und Essmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen.
Ca 2 bis 3 km vom Stadtzentrum Olbia entfernt.

Cons:

Es war wie erwartet. Es gibt für mich im Grunde nichts zu bemängeln.
Kein wirkliches Problem, es waren sehr viele Einbauschränke mit Kleiderbügeln und Ablagemöglichkeit vorhanden, welche ich aber nicht wirklich nutzte. Sie waren sehr sauber, prinzipbedingt etwas schlecht belüftet. Vielleicht bin ich diesbezüglich etwas penibel und lebe meist aus dem Koffer.
Die Wohnung insgesamt war trotzdem sehr frisch, neuwertig und konnte gut gelüftet werden.

Pros:

It's a beautiful villa and everything is modern and comfortable. The bed is comfortable . Guila is very kind and will help you with everything you need. 10 minute walk to the supermarket. A car is preferable but you can manage with the bus. You can download the aspo app and buy a ticket for 1 euro that brings you to the centre in 20 minutes.

Gute Unterkunft für 1 Woche Urlaub
Pros:

Der Pool hat uns am besten gefallen, mit toller Aussicht auf Olbia. Bei der Unterkunft war alles nötige vorhanden.

Cons:

Zu dünne Decke, leider war das Geschirr etwas dreckig und man hatte nur 1 Geschirrtuch und einen Lappen zum spülen. Im Bad hat es andauernd nach Abfluss gerochen.

Dirty and Intestinal worms in the toilet health hazzard

I arrived late and the went to ho to the bathroom I pulled up the toilet and there was feaces in it I tried to pull the chain but it left the remainder of feaces and worms. There was also brown on the floor and in the shower it clearly hadnt been cleaned. This was awful so I told the host...she offered 2 more rooms both of which smelt so awful. So I had the choice to stay in one that smelt so bad or one with a bad bathroom. I stayed in my clothes , didn't shower , clean my teeth or even go to the toilet , I stayed up and asked to leave the next day. I paid for 2 nights which came to £299 but was only refunded £122 for the night I didn't stay . The owner then promised to refund me for both nights as I was upset claiming she was a Buddhist and would definitely do it. As soon as I left the building (well was practically pushed away) I called booking.com and she wouldn't refund so I ended up not only suffering anxiety but paying extra for it. One of the worst experiences in accommodation

Alles super. Riesiges Zimmer, sauber, super bequemes Bett, sehr gute Ausstattung und einfach nur hervorragendes Personal. Hat meine Erwartungen bei weitem Übertroffen.

Consigliatissima
Pros:

Villa Ada è una sistemazione nella periferia di Olbia in una tranquilla zona residenziale vicina al centro commerciale, al supermercato, al bar e ai servizi indispensabili. La struttura è molto molto pulita e nuova e la proprietaria gentilissima e disponibilissima. Strategica è la posizione vicinissima alla statale che porta alla Costa Smeralda/Porto cervo a 20 Min, a Palau a 1h in assenza di traffico e alle provinciali che dirette alle coste a nord di Olbia, e al centro di Olbia a 5 Min in auto. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e la struttura la raccomandiamo anche per la pulizia (molto molto buona pari ad alcuni hotel di un certo pregio) e per l'eventuale necessità di posto auto in loco (a parte).
Abbiamo alloggiato nel monolocale più piccolo che , per quanto di piccole dimensioni, non mancava di nessun comfort (presenti forno a microonde, piano a induzione, ampio frigorifero, un guardaroba con infinite grucce, un'alta cassettiera). Sul sito web è presente una mappa 3d della sistemazione che ha risposto perfettamente alla descrizione e allo stato dei luoghi, pertanto mi sento di consigliarlo a tutti quanti abbiano esigenza di un porto sicuro in cui riposarsi per utilizzarlo come base per esplorare la Gallura. Forse si poteva dotare il bagno di qualche appendino da muro in più ma veramente è a voler essere pignoli (si risolve con con le grucce che sono veramente molte, nuove, pulite e ben tenute).
Presenti inoltre zanzariere, non segnalate in alcune descrizioni, insetticida e ombrelloni da mare se si vogliono visitare le spiagge libere. Il locale è molto luminoso e aerato presentando svariate porte e finestre su 2 lati su 4.

Comfortable stay in Olbia suburbs
Pros:

The property was fairly new, clean and spacious. It had all the amenities we needed and was pretty comfortable. We found a nice brunch place in walking distance and was easy to go around the area by car.

Wonderful Stay with Room for Small Enhancements
Pros:

We liked the modern look of the apartment and found the kitchen to be decently equipped for some basic cooking. The host was incredibly friendly; we were even upgraded to a room with a nicer view upon arrival. Free street parking is possible in the quiet residential area. The swimming pool looked very inviting, even though we didn't get a chance to use it during our stay because it only opens on the 1st of june.

Cons:

-Apartment door is made of frosted glass. Combined with the open bedroom layout, meant the room got very bright in the mornings or whenever someone used the lights in the hallway.
- the bed is positioned in a small niche. It is slightly too wide to walk around on either side but at the same time to small for two people to comfortable sleep inside (140cm).
- the flowerbeds on the balcony weren't very well looked after.
