半夜2點看到蟑螂後，我終於懂為什麼整晚都睡不好

Cons:

9點入住、10點半就寢，結果整晚幾乎無法好好休息。
從躺下開始就一直覺得皮膚發癢，怎麼翻都睡不好，直到半夜2點—蟑螂直接出現。
最讓人生氣的不是只有蟑螂，而是事前我已經特別告知「容易過敏」，卻還是出現這樣的衛生問題。當下反應後，服務人員的回應幾乎都是統一說詞：
「因為樓上住戶不愛乾淨，我們都有定期消毒。」 「為了妳這間，已經有事前大掃除。」
如果真的有做到，那為什麼我半夜還會在房間看到蟑螂？
而且我從入住到半夜，身體一直不舒服、睡不好，代表問題根本不只是“剛好看到一隻蟑螂”這麼簡單，而是整體環境衛生真的讓人非常不安心。
離開前我再次反應，結果補償居然是一個「廣告用洗漱包」。
說真的，這不是贈品的問題，而是整晚住宿品質徹底被影響的感受問題。
花錢住宿，最基本就是希望能安心休息。結果卻是整晚因為衛生狀況無法睡覺，真的非常失望，也完全感受不到業者有真正理解客人的不舒服。
