The rooms are untidy. It's in an industrial zone. For people looking for a place near to Christ University Yaswanthapur campus, please note that the hotel is 15 minutes ride from the University campus by auto. There is no food served here.

Pros:

First of all I did booking with you guys, with option of payment at hotel. when I went there hotel guys said its cancel than I Got the room with dirty and very thick bed which I was unable to sleep. washroom were in bad condition. I managed 4 days there was no option.

Cons:

Ridiculously fancy room decor with no amenities and very dirty. Dirty linen pillows, uncleaned bathroom, no drinking water, no working tv, no fridge, not even a kettle. Just lie on a dirty bed and get out in the morning.

Pros:

Worst staff behaviour, sweeping person attending with very very arrogance. Hopeless service.

I informed through booking.com that only 2 persons would stay and not three, the booking was refused to be ammended, EXTRA BED WAS NOT PROVIDED and required also.
REFUND THE EXTRA AMOUNT COLLECTED.
