An Elegant Hotel with Excellent Service – More International Food Variety Would Make It Even Better
Pros:

The hotel is impressive, elegant, and spacious, with a beautiful and luxurious atmosphere. The facilities are well maintained, and the staff are friendly, professional, welcoming, and always willing to help. The overall experience was very pleasant, and we truly appreciated the hospitality and excellent service. A wonderful place to stay in Prague!

The main area that could be improved is the variety of food. As an international hotel welcoming guests from all over the world, the menu should offer a wider selection of international dishes representing different cuisines and cultures. Greater diversity, especially at breakfast, would make the dining experience more enjoyable and suitable for guests with different tastes and preferences.

Pros:

•Es war zwar bisschen am Rand von Prag, allerdings war die Stadt schnell zu erreichen. Die Bushaltestelle war direkt vor der Tür vom Hotel.
•Die Grösse vom Zimmer war gut.
Die grosse Badewanne war toll.
Die Bettengröße war sehr toll (bestimmt 2,20 m breit) + Matratzen waren gut
•Frühstück ist nicht besonderses, Standart halt
• Restaurants waren geschlossen für einfach mal Essen gehen auf schnelle
➡️ Das Hotel ist an sich okay, nur ins Alter gekommen

Cons:

•Welnessbereich ➡️ Vom großen Schwimmbecken Wasser war zu kalt... Vom Sauna ging nur eine...
Duschen wurden nicht wirklich warm im Schwimmbad
•Kissen waren katastrophal (viel zu dick und fest)

Fazit: Nicht schlecht war das Hotel nicht, müsste aber mal renoviert werden bzw überarbeitet werden. Für den Preis zu teuer, wenn es weniger kosten würde dann nicht schlecht!

I don't even know what to call this awful experience, but it was truly horrible. They promised that the room would be cleaned and the linens changed by 4 PM on the second day. Unsurprisingly, when I returned, the room was in the exact same state I had left it. On top of that, the listing states that parking is free, yet I was charged a hefty fee every single time I parked. I definitely do not recommend this place."

Hotel můžu doporučit!

Cons:

Jediné co je trochu problém je poloha (to však nejde změnit). Do centra Prahy je to trochu daleko, ale lokalita je zase naopak klidná a autobusová zastávka je hned před hotelem.
