Nice stay with room to improve on hospitality
Pros:

We got an upgrade and stayed at Hotel Capo San Vito. The location was spot on, right in the centre and just a few metres from the beach, restaurants and souvenir shops, which made everything really convenient. The rooms are stylish and modern, and the hotel's interior is beautifully designed.

Cons:

The customer service could be much better. Despite the hotel’s nice and central location, the staff's unfriendly attitude made us feel unwelcome. We're not expecting special treatment, just a little warmth and genuine hospitality. Unfortunately, we got the impression that foreigners aren’t truly welcome. I hope they work on their attitude and become more friendly and open to guests.

relax and tranquility near national park
Pros:

Our booking was upgraded to a room in nearby hotel because the property wasn't ready. But - it was a really great hotel managed by Geocharme, close to national Park. I highly recommend! Great staff, amazing views, tasty breakfast - everything was on the highest possible level.

Pros:

The rooms were clean and cleaned daily. The bag was too relaxed and breakfast was fine

The main building is 4 km far away and there is not enough availability for sunbad and umbrellas
