Only for French Nationalities
Pros:

We got an upgrade from the Seaview deluxe bungalow to the family bungalow 105. If we would not get the upgrade we would have canceled the property. The staff in general is very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The resort is a French bastion. English language is not very common. As German fellows you feel very displaced. All informations are only available in French language. The all inclusive drink package does only cover local spirits which are bad alcohol. Drinks get only served at one bar by small glasses, even beer. They have 2 more bars but useless staff unable to serve proper drinks. The whole property is badly maintained and the french owner of the resort has handled us very impolite. The food buffet was very basic. There are no entertainment premises present just some pool activities organized by french entertainers. The massage facility cannot be suggested because of lack of knowledge. We highly suggest to advertise this resort only to french people all other nationalities will feel very unconfortable. We cannot suggest that resort at all
Our matrazze was old and has to be changed even in the upgraded guesthouse. The toaster in the restaurant does not work proper. Food presentation was lousy. Food barely tasty. Served wine was not chilled and stray cats hanging around the restaurant looking for food which disturbs many guests.

Not recommended!
Very poor standards, the mattress was so cheap and uncomfortable I couldn’t believe it’s used in a hotel, even a 2-star one. It completely ruined the stay.

-Personal auf französische Gäste ausgelegt (Animateure, Rezeptionisten, Reiseleiter vor Ort)
-sehr unprofessioneller Umgang mit nicht französischen Gästen (ein Teil des Animateureteams und beide Geschäftsführer) durch
fehlende Begrüssungen bzw. immer nur auf französisch, trotz eigener Hinweise Englisch als bevorzugte Sprache, meistens Ignorierung des erwähnten Personals während des Aufenthaltes, Informationen zu Aktivitäten und Abendprogramm nur auf französisch)
-Fehlendes Gym am Strand (ohne Erklärung und Alternativprogramm) bzw. ohne vorherige Inkenntnissetzung
-Wenig Flexibilität und komplizierter Vorgang bei Gästenwünschen (Mittagessen am Abreisetag)
-Verbesserungsmögliche Effizienz des Reinigungspersonal an manchen Tagen (durcheinanderbringen der Klamotten, Haare werden tagelang nicht entfernt, abendliche Insektenvorsichtsmassnahme musste öfters bei der Rezeption nachgefragt werden)

Excellence
Pros:

The staff is so well trained, polite, warm, pleasant, always smiling, so quick to respond to any situation. The property is beautiful, so clean, the garden looks amazing, every pool is so clean all the time. The kitchen is great, food delicious, especially the restaurant at Maua beach. The managers of the hotel obviously gave a special welcome!

Pros:

It was amazing! There's something for everyone. The hotel offers fantastic entertainment (volleyball, cooking classes, water sports). It's right on the beach. For those who enjoy culture, you can take a walk to the nearby town. We stayed there for over 20 days. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and always smiling. The standards are at a high European level. Highly recommend!

Nice property with poor management.
Pros:

Property is huge, beautiful with a nice beachfront .

Cons:

Can be better managed . Housekeeping is not prompt to resolve the issues . We asked for 5 blankets for our group but they said only two available.
Bathroom Pipes choked , despite of calling them again n again, they couldn’t resolve it .
Door hinges broken, no response from them.
It could be resolved with little things sorted out.

I absolutely loved it!
Pros:

Staff was super friendly since the moment I walked in.
If you are looking for something private then stay here!
Everything is on site, taxi, breakfast lunch and dinner.
Room was spacious and clean. There are two pools and 3 bars. The beach is out front. I’m serious, don’t think about it just book it and see for yourself!
I usually don’t leave reports but I had to.
Tony the beach server was really sweet and made my stay comfortable.

Disappointing
Pros:

The villas were big enough to accomodate a big family

Cons:

The food!Breakfast, Buffet lunch and dinner not value for money at all,
The electricity went off in the middle of the night and it took them more than one hour to switch on the genset!
Appliances are too old!
At the bar they only have one type of beer (Safari!)

The hotel is too old and it needs a serious renovation!

I don’t recommend this place to anyone there are a lot better places to choose from near by and even cheaper.

The location is nice , the room was right on the beach with an amazing view when you wake up

Cons:

The food was pretty bad mostly went to other resorts to eat , there is no proper bar next to the beach or pool . Horrible coffe , they don’t have a profesional coffee eapresso machine so forget about a cappuccino or a nice espresso in the morning had to go to another place near by for decent coffee. As well they don’t have any fresh juice ! The staff is mostly ignoring you for any request , you have to remind them multiple times for even a bottle of water. Towels are old and rugged almost falling apart. They only have a few sunbeds on the beach so it’s a struggle to get one if you don’t t wake up early .

Cons:

I had to ask for almost everything. Cleaners forgoting to place toiletries and water. Complained about TV not working the whole period of stay and never getting attention. The mosquito nets had multiple holes on them
