Despite the few minor issues, we still loved our stay and would return, great value for money.
Pros:

The view, the cleanliness

Cons:

No toiletries, toilet didn’t flush properly, few large watermark stains on top of drawers, sink didn’t run cold water. Didn’t have a number to contact management.

Pros:

Very comfortable rooms and lovely location overlooking the water. Self check in, and out of season the adjacent restaurant is only open at the weekend, but plenty of places to eat a short walk away.

Worth a return visit but would be hoping food would be cooked to order
Pros:

Beautiful location. Friendly staff. Lovely decor

Cons:

We had a great night but the food let it down. The NYE fayre seemed to have been prepared in advance and there was very little choice. Everything else about the hotel was great

Pros:

Clean sheets and comfortable beds. Excellent location.

Stinking drains and brown water and continually running toilet cistern had to move rooms

Our overall experience wasn’t great bar & restaurant was closed

We had no hot water during our visit couldn’t get a shower , no one on the property to tell

Find it weird as we did not see a single person during our stay.
Pros:

The room we had was of a good size for 3 people.

Cons:

Never see a single person at all. No elevator hence may not be a good choice for travellers with heavy luggages.

Totally disappointing and soulless
Pros:

We were the only guests in the complex. No staff at check in, the adjoining restaurant was closed. The car park was being used as a wake car park, the windows were dirty and as the only people in the whole complex we felt both responsible for the whole premises and lacking security. We left and returned home after an hour.

Cons:

These premises need to be manned.
