When I originally booked this stay, I reserved this above lodging with a few things in mind. I wanted to be walking distance to the town, and I wanted my large group to be able to sleep and eat together. When the booking was cancelled by you, initially you did not want to help rectify the situation by assisting me book a new place to stay. After much pushback, you provided me with a few options that you insisted were comparable to the booking that was unceremoniously cancelled. Taking your word for it, I booked at the Banff Woods Lodge. Imagine my surprise when I arrived with my party of 12 and found out we were going to be staying in 2 separate units, with no big dining area for us to be able to spend time together, as well as the fact that there were not even enough beds for us and we had 2 people sleeping on pull out couches. Additionally, though the listing states it is in Canmore, the unit is actually in Harvey Heights, which is about 4 miles away from Canmore proper, (the heart of which we were originally booked to stay in) which forced us to walk 2 hours to get to any sort of civilization or store. This also forced us to rent cars, as Ubers are next to non existent there and taxis did not want to come pick us up. Lastly, the unit was incredibly dirty, with water stains on the ceiling, flies everywhere and the in-wall vaccuum broken, among other issues. I have pictures if required. I did not want to ruin the trip even more by sending this email while on vacation, so I hope you understand the delay in this message. I would like my credit card to be refunded. Please get back to me as soon as possible.

That everything was there that we needed didn't have to bring anything extra for our stay besides our own food. Very clean and quiet. Great location to the town of canmore and banff.
They are advertising 4 Rooms- per room 2 beds each, its big apartments on April 17th we booked, for August 3-8 for 5 nights for 9 people, we paid for $6100.00
When we arrive they give to us 2 small units, per unit 2 rooms 1 beds each, so they cheat to us and we paid lots of money for 2 small units, we speak to the Managment team but he didn’t help us, we are very disappoint about this situation, we try to get money from them, they give only $500

Der var nogle kæmpe huller på lokationens vej, så man skal holde grundigt øje og passe på sin bil.
Wir waren hier für zwei Nächte. Da wir zwei Ehepaare sind, fanden wir es sehr angenehm, dass es zusätzlich zu dem gemeinsamen Bad im Erdgeschoss, eine Gästetoilette mit Dusche gab. Es war im Großen und Ganzen sauber, und in der Küche war alles notwendige vorhanden.
Toll fanden wir, dass im Garten ein Gasgrill zur eigenen Benutzung zur Verfügung stand.
Dies war unsere erste Unterkunft, in der in den Steckdosen zusätzlich ein USB-Anschluss integriert war.
Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.
Als wir ankamen, war im Bad im Obergeschoss das Eckventile für den Kaltwasserzulauf vom Waschbecken geschlossen.

We absolutely loved our 2-night stay at Banff Woods Lodge during our trip to Banff. The location is perfect—peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature, yet incredibly convenient for exploring the town and the national park. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and cozy, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Banff! We will definitely be back.
Location and views are really good. Already felt like home when I stepped in. The house is well maintained and has almost everything we need.
Quiet and clean and great location. Everything we needed was included. Cookware, dishes, spices, laundry soap, barbecue. Check-in was seamless.
