Very clean and spacious!
No signs to tell you where everything was! Pool closed too early
Comfortable
If you parked your car in the garage yourself, it was not easy trying to find the lobby. Very huge garage with no signs on which door you go in
Receptionists were amazing!!! Helped sort out a very messy missed reservation detail and smoothed it all out beautifully!! So grateful for them!!
The street is noisy! We heard street racers/loud cars all night until 3:00 am.
Marriott is great, Hotel and rooms good. But this time, they won’t be able to find my reservation. Booking for some reason sent a wrong name for them, and 1am and I was looking for another hotel with 3 kids.
Employees not able to find my reservation. They charge me for 2 rooms, after many fights was cancelled, no reimbursement so far after 20 days and counting!
Easy self parking. The lobby is beautiful, very clean, close to everything!
The parking garage looks dumpy compared to the rest of the hotel. The walls seem thin. Like I could hear people talking in the hall and the next room over.
Great base for SLC
I actually thought I´d booked the Marriott City Creek so we were disappointed when we arrived, jet lagged from Europe after a dreadful flight from Atlanta - but that soon changed. The staff were wonderfully welcoming, the room was comfortable, we loved the breakfast buffet (the chef really knows how to cook eggs), and took advantage of the gym, pool, and hot tup. The latter came in very handy when I tripped and hurt my knee downtown plus I also really appreciated the ice machine (in the little alcove where guests could replace their coffee supplies and which occasionally had apples --if it didn´t the gym did),. Easy walking distance to most things.
I was flumoxed by the coffee machine - but fortunately some kind soul on YouTube posted a video explaining how it worked. The decor is somewhat dated and I do wish they would add a hand held shower head to the bath/shower.

Room service was terrible and the Starbucks was open but had no staff and they couldn’t make my drinks

The pool area lacked style and elegance .
Pues todo: la ubicación, las instalaciones, la piscina es espectacular con vistas a la calle y a los rascacielos, la zona de gym, el ambiente, las salas, etc.
El precio es un poco alto, especialmente el parking. Y sería interesante una oferta de desayuno asequible.
