En af medarbejderne gad ikke at lade os betale for baren hvor man fik alt du kan drikke for 20 euros, selvom vi fik at vide man kunne bestille det indtil kl 23, men når vi kommer ned 22 måtte vi ikke

Decent for what we paid for, would’ve been almost perfect if we were closer to the strip.

Nice staff, hotel was suitable for a lads holiday, bar and food.

Cons:

Too far from the main strip for a party hotel, no kitchen. also shower head didn’t have a hook so could barely shower.

Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση!!! Είχαμε ακύρωση πτήσης και φτάσαμε την επόμενη μέρα και θα φεύγαμε μια μέρα μετά από την κράτηση μας, πήρα τηλέφωνο τον υπεύθυνο και με άψογη κατανόηση και χωρίς καμία ταλαιπωρία μας εξυπηρέτησε και μείναμε ένα έξτρα βράδυ χωρίς καμία επιπλέον χρέωση!
Ευχαριστώ πολύ σίγουρα θα ξανά επιστρέψουμε!

A well-managed hotel with fantastic staff, great facilities and excellent value – I’d definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The Blue Palm Hotel exceeded my expectations. For Zante, it was exceptionally well run, and the management team really make the difference. Check-in was informative, with everything explained clearly, including local transport, taxis and excursions. One of the biggest positives was that air conditioning is included in the room rate, which isn’t always the case in Zante.

When our air conditioning wasn’t cooling the room properly on the first night, we reported it the next morning and it was fixed the very same afternoon, which was excellent service.

The hotel has two lovely pools with plenty of sunbeds, a great pool bar, indoor games including a pool table, lots of outdoor seating and a relaxed atmosphere. It’s around a 15–20 minute walk to the main Laganas Strip, so it’s close enough to enjoy the nightlife but far enough away to have a peaceful stay.

Overall, the staff and management genuinely made us feel welcome, and I would happily stay here again.

Cons:

Very little, to be honest. The only issue we had was that the air conditioning wasn’t working properly on our first night, but once we reported it, it was repaired that same day. Other than that, we had a really enjoyable stay.

Good for the price
Pros:

Good location, it’s great for the price and perfect for strip holidays. Relaxed about rules and everyone there is for the same reason creating a good atmosphere

Housekeeping only came in once which wasn’t enough. Would have liked slightly more facilities as well
