Solo la ubicación

Cons:

Estaba muy sucio. El baño estaba en pésimas condiciones, si bien el personal de limpieza muy amable la propiedad estaba sucia, no se podía alquilar eso. Telas de araña, olor de desagüe en el baño, gusanos en las paredes, la cortina del baño estaba atada al techo con una tanza. Pésimas condiciones

Pros:

Εξωτερικά φαινεται ένα ομορφο ξενοδοχείο με τις πισίνες του σε ήσυχη περιοχή του Λαγανά μακρυά απο τα πολυσύχναστα μπαρ και καταστήματα της περιοχής. Όμως με το που φθασαμε μάθαμε οτι δεν υπάρχει χώρος στάθμευσης εντος του ξενοδοχείου και θα επρεπε να αφήσουμε το αυτοκίνητο μας στο δρόμο, όπου βρουμε χώρο. Στις πέντε μερες που μείναμε δεν καθαρίστηκε ποτέ το δωμάτιο μας παρα μονο μια μέρα πηραν τα σκουπιδια και την τελευταία ημέρα μας άλλαξαν τις πετσέτες. Στο μπάνιο δεν υπήρχαν προϊόντα περιποίησης και στο δωματιο δεν υπήρχε τηλεχειριστήριο για το κλιματιστικό. Όταν διαμαρτυρηθηκαμε στον νεαρό της ρεσεψιόν μας απάντησε ότι θα έπρεπε να ανεβοκατεβαίνουμε στην ρεσεψιόν για να ζητούμε κάθε φορά να έρχεται καποιος να μας προσαρμοζει την θερμοκρασία στην επιθυμητή!! Βέβαια ο ιδιοκτήτης που ηταν ένας ευγενέστατος κύριος μας έδωσε τελικά ένα τηλεχειριστήριο που το κρατήσαμε ως κόρη οφθαλμού τις μερες της διαμονής μας. Το κατάλυμα χρήζει άμεσης ανακαίνισης. Στα θετικα ειναι μονο η ευγένεια και η προθυμία εξυπηρέτησης των ιδιοκτητών που ειναι ένα πολύ συμπαθητικό ζευγάρι

Soggiorno 23-30 Ago - Da evitare. Struttura fatiscente e sporca, diversa dalle foto. Condizionatore arrugginito, bagno con muffa, piatto doccia ingiallito, ventola piena di sporco, soffione rotto. In 7 giorni MAI fatta pulizia, lenzuola e asciugamani MAI cambiati. Phon non presente in camera, ho dovuto richiederlo e restituirlo. Igiene sotto zero. Foto allegate. Sconsigliato.

Το μόνο έτσι θετικό ήταν ότι το προσωπικό ήταν αρκετά ευγενικό

Αυτό που δεν μας άρεσε είναι ότι το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν αρκετά καθαρό, ότι το air condition έμενε ανοιχτό στους 17 βαθμούς επειδή δεν είχαν άλλο κοντρόλ με αποτέλεσμα το βράδυ να κρυώνουμε και ότι οι φωτογραφίες έδειχναν κάτι τελείως διαφορετικό από αυτό που είδαμε από κοντά

Pros:

Everything was perfect from start to finish! The hotel is beautiful, very well located, and everything you need is close by. There is also a restaurant on-site, which is very convenient. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized.

A special mention to the person who welcomed us , he was extremely kind and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel. We would definitely come back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Virkelig sød personale som bestræber sig for at give dig en bedre oplevelse

Sød personale og god renlighed

Cons:

En af medarbejderne gad ikke at lade os betale for baren hvor man fik alt du kan drikke for 20 euros, selvom vi fik at vide man kunne bestille det indtil kl 23, men når vi kommer ned 22 måtte vi ikke

Decent for what we paid for, would’ve been almost perfect if we were closer to the strip.
Pros:

Nice staff, hotel was suitable for a lads holiday, bar and food.

Cons:

Too far from the main strip for a party hotel, no kitchen. also shower head didn’t have a hook so could barely shower.
