Jardin del Eden

Fuimos 4 en familia, y fue un verdadero placer disfrutar la suite familiar. Tuvimos agua caliente todo el tiempo, y la atención personal de: Yesid, Hersilia, Idilia y su propietaria, quienes siempre estuvieron prestos a apoyarnos en todo. Nos encantó su café, tocino y arepas. Es un lugar muy tranquilo, pero puedes salir a caminar y también tienen acceso al lago de Guatapé. El Peñon queda a 15-20 minutos en carro. Sin duda, un lugar para descansar de una grandiosa visita a Guatapé. Tienen un gimnasio rústico, que sin duda hará que tu rutina sea algo extraordinario! Totalmente recomendados. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

You definitely need a car to get here—it’s pretty out of the way. When we arrived, they didn’t seem to be expecting us, and we were told our room didn’t have a private bathroom. Luckily, I had a screenshot from when I booked showing that it did, so we got it sorted.

Another weird thing: our key opened another room by mistake after dinner. Thankfully, it was empty, but it made us wonder if others could open ours too. No one was around when we left, so we just left the key in the door.

Les doy 4 estrellas porque al llegar no se pudo acceder a la habitación que realmente reserve y tenía baño privado. Por lo que me toco pagar demás por un error que no era mi culpa, Del resto un buen hotel.

A very interesting place to stay but very far from other places of interest

The adress listed in the email I got was wrong we end up in the wrong place after I was charge over 300.000 pesos for transportation we call the hotel staff then told me over the phone that my reservation was cancel ask me what time I did it I told her I day before and then she told me she did cancel cause the room we book some people came in the morning and she never acepted my booking but I dint get a cancelation email either after lost my trip there we end up booking in a diferent place as that one cancel actually she said she never confirm it with us but I never did get q email with a cancellation from them was really disappointing as it was a long trip and I was with a newborn will never book here again

El Lugar es agradable, sin embargo, el ruido que hacen las personas hospedadas en las cabañas que están sobre las habitaciones sencillas se siente demasiado, cuando caminan, si hay niños saltando, lo que hace que el "descanso" no sea del todo placentero.

La estancia de mi esposa y mía en estos días fue espectacular. Un sitio increíble,moderno, ecológico,al pie de la represa de guatape. Con muchas actividades como katesurf,lancha,masajes.. es un ambiente de comodidad, privacidad y confort. El personal es muy amable y muy servicial, tienes un trato directo con los dueños y puedes solicitar las actividades y las comidas del restaurante. Hablando de las comidas, estuvieron buenísimas, recomendamos la pasta con pollo y champiñones y los patacones con camarones, riquísimo. Muchas gracias a la dueña por el trato y 5 estrellas para la señora Cecilia que se encargó de cada detalle en nuestra estancia,nos sorprendió gratamente su amabilidad,si personalidad y su profesionalismo.
Recomendamos al 100 *100 este lugar maravilloso. Y recomendamos pasar el atardecer en su piscina y en su jacuzzi con vistas a la represa. Gracias y muchos éxitos.
