Hayal kırıklığı, genel politikaları fiyat arttırıp kaliteyi düşürmek.

Cons:

Deniz manzaralı odada kalmak istiyorsanız dikkat edin zira alt kattaki odaların bazılarında söylendiği gibi deniz manzarası yok, odadan çıkıp bahçede biraz ilerlerseniz denizi görebilirsiniz. Ara ara Dedeağaç’a giderim gittiğimde de Ramada’da kalırım daha önceki ziyaretlerimde sorun yaşamadım ancak bu gidişimde çalışanların tutumunu da çok beğenmedim. Son dönemde Türkiye’den gelen turist sayısı artması nedeniyle otel tam kapasite çalışıyor anlaşılan budan dolayı müşteri memnuniyetini çok düşünmüyorlar. Artık Ramada benim ilk önceliğim değil.

Güzel konaklama
Pros:

Tesis genel olarak güzeldi. Konumu Dedeağaç’a arabayla 5-10dk mesafedeydi. Kahvaltısı çok çeşitliydi. Çalışanlar ilgiliydi. Türk ve Türkçe bilen çalışanların olması işimizi daha da kolaylaştırdı.

Cons:

Kaldığımız oda temizlik açısından maalesef zayıftı. Özellikle banyo ve tuvalet biraz hayal kırıklığı oldu.

Çok çok eski bir otel yenilemek için bir şeyler yapılmalı.

O kadar eski bir otel ki 20 25 yıl önce yapılmış içinde hiç birşey yenilenmemiş.perdeler banyo örtüler herşey çok eski dekorasyon öyle banyoda havalandırma bile yoktu hiç beğenmedik.kahvaltı da vasat.
