Pros:

Konumu güzeldi fakat odada böcek gördük. Odalar eski ve banyoda bir koku var, kahvaltı güzeldi personel cana yakındı, ama bir daha kalacağımı düşünmüyorum.

Pros:

Die Lage war gut

Cons:

Bei uns hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert. Wir haben es weitergegeben aber es wurde nichts gemacht. Uns wurde empfohlen Fenster aufzumachen und zu lüften.

Bettlaken zerrissen, Handtücher waren auch zerrissen.
Es gab auch keinen flüssigen Handseife
Reisebett haben wir auch nicht bekommen.

Pros:

Especially kind girl from the reception, unfortunately I didn't remember her name...red hair, wears glasses. Very capable and very accommodating🙂❤️The hotel is opposite the National Library. Breakfast is ok and what is important, it is clean in general

Cons:

It would be good if the other staff also spoke English. I have the impression that only the girl from the reception (red-haired, wears glasses) knows English
