Approach road to the hotel is very very bad….
No need to mention as you guys must have seen thepathetic condition of the road…

The service quality and the basic amenities are excellent.
The main guy Anil very helpful and its one man show... He is gentle and polite.
Location not convenient. Without autos/cars cannot move around. Cannot walk around to nearby places because of stray dogs and the areas to reach that place. Might be it will take time to develop.
It was clean, modern and had the necessary amenities. The owners were nice and helpful. They even did a quick clean of our car due to the dust.
It would have been good if there was a lift in the property for those with large luggages but it did not matter as the luggages were carried up for us anyway.
Worst location, no car parking facility available.
By seeing rating i got cheated and when I went there it was like I was in a remote uncivilized place.

It was spacious
The staff didn't deliver the service up to our expectations. Even though I paid money for the room and breakfast, the staff didn't give breakfast on the second day. They kept us waiting for nearly 40mins after ordering the breakfast and when I called back they said they can't provide breakfast but can provide breakfast for one person out of 3 persons as their "COOKING GAS CYLINDER got OVER". 🙄😏😕when I came down with my father to speak to the receptionist, I saw the waiter delivering breakfast to other rooms. I was extremely disappointed seeing this. The manager should speak to the staff and make it clear of what is included in the package as people pay money for it and it's NOT FAIR!!!! Also the receptionist mentioned that the hotel is giving complementary breakfast and they get it from OUTSIDE. I made it clear to the receptionist that I paid for what was advertised on BOOKING. COM and that he was not doing a favour to me and my family members.🤔 My question is, why advertise of something what you cannot deliver and disappoint your guests??
