Ubicación, paisaje. Limpieza del apartamento
Pese a que ofrecen un lugar exclusivo y relajante , no fue así la experiencia. El día 1 llegamos y habían alquilado la piscina para un cumpleaños a personas no alojadas en el hotel había mucho ruido y estaba sucio por la zona del comedor / cocina para llegar a la piscina, por lo cual no pudimos usar estos servicios.
Esperemos que fuese solo por ese día la situación, el segúndo día hubo clases de natación y cabe anotar que es una piscina pequeña, para las clases emplean flotadores y elementos grandes por lo cual no es posible compartir el espacio así haya la disposición. La zona del jacuzzi estuvo todo el día ocupada por 3 chicas no huéspedes del hotel que pese a esperar por largo tiempo para poder ingresar nunca salieron del jacuzzi. Así que pagamos por un servicio que no usamos, por lo cual optamos por irnos del hotel a otro sitio y llegar solo a dormir. Las personas encargadas nos ofrecieron la opción de usar un jacuzzi de una habitación lo cual agradecemos el gesto, sin embargo escogimos este hotel por las vistas y las zonas húmedas que ofrecía con vista, el apartamento que alquilamos también tenía dos jacuzzis por lo cual no aceptamos su propuesta.

The property is gorgeous! We loved our Casita and the views from every room. It was the perfect mix of privacy and amenities when you wanted them. We enjoyed the daily breakfast and the pool. The staff was fantastic and friendly. We highly recommend Casa Estrella!

A bit tricky parking and getting up the windy hill
Hôtel exceptionnel, un accueil, une chambre super grande avec une magnifique salle de bain, la décoration est extraordinaire. Le personnel est si petit soin. Le petit déjeuner est royal. Et la piscine avec le jacuzzi est top. La vue sur Guanajuato est incroyable. Nous avions pris juste une nuit dans cet hôtel mais nous avons tellement adoré que l’on a réservé une seconde nuit.

Beautiful, quite location in a hill ovelooking Guanajuato, yet only 15 min by taxi (inexpensive) to go down to the center. We stayed in a large, very comfortable apartment, with a large terrace, full kitchen, all very comfortable. The hotel in general is very nice.
The shower: not very hot water, spreads all over, and it water does not drain well. Everything else perfect!!!

If we talk about whether I will return here if I visit Guanajuato again - then my answer is absolutely YES! The hotel exceeded expectations by more than 100%
