Exceptionnel et vue magnifique
Pros:

Hôtel exceptionnel, un accueil, une chambre super grande avec une magnifique salle de bain, la décoration est extraordinaire. Le personnel est si petit soin. Le petit déjeuner est royal. Et la piscine avec le jacuzzi est top. La vue sur Guanajuato est incroyable. Nous avions pris juste une nuit dans cet hôtel mais nous avons tellement adoré que l’on a réservé une seconde nuit.

Excellent, very nice hotel with great views in a quite location.
Pros:

Beautiful, quite location in a hill ovelooking Guanajuato, yet only 15 min by taxi (inexpensive) to go down to the center. We stayed in a large, very comfortable apartment, with a large terrace, full kitchen, all very comfortable. The hotel in general is very nice.

Cons:

The shower: not very hot water, spreads all over, and it water does not drain well. Everything else perfect!!!

太漂亮了！房间和公共区域的装饰都很有艺术品位，并且有一个露台可以俯瞰整个城市。员工友善，早餐也很不错（虽然只有甜点咖啡和水果，主菜需要单独付费）。

Pros:

La atención de todo el personal de Casa Estrella es muy amable, servicial y atentos. Las vistas son preciosas, es muy tranquilo el lugar y de noche se ve increíble la vista, también hay mucha tranquilidad en el lugar. En la parte del desayuno todo lo hacen muy rico y estético, se utilizó el servicio de masaje y totalmente recomendado, en simples palabras es una excelente opción para hospedarse en Guanajuato. Tienen muchos servicios adicionales como spa, masajes, tablas de quesos, tours, bebidas, asistencia para renta de autos taxis, sin duda volveremos a asistir. Gracias!

Pros:

What an amazing place! It's beautifully maintained, breakfast was delicious, staff was helpful and nice, even though we speak very little spanish. The view from our room was amazing, the hot tub was perfect. We scheduled two massages during our stay. The ladies were so nice and the service was relaxing! Literally couldn't ask for a better place. They also call you a cab to go into town. It's only about 10 minutes.
