Great rest stop on a long way by car
Pros:

Kind and helpful staff, free parking, convenient location, tasty breakfast with plenty of options to choose from, great SPA zone (you can book jacuzzi and sauna for private use for an hour). The rooms are great, clean, there are comfortable beds, it's pretty quiet location, too (just a bit of noise from the corridor/other guests, but it wasn't too disturbing). Overall great experience and it gave us exactly what we were looking for: a good rest on a long way!

Pros:

Insgesamt absolut zuvorkommende und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen. Ich bin sehr selten in einem Hotel so freundlich empfangen und während des Aufenthaltes begleitet worden. Ein sehr gutes Frühstück, gute Ausstattung, sehr sauber in allen Bereichen. Eine Sauna und der Whirlpool konnten reserviert werden. Komme gerne wieder

Pros:

Bra läge, nära motorvägen mot Sofia. Fräsch, modern inredning med bekväma sängar och kuddar, gratis parkering. Lugnande zentoner i korridorerna. Har också varit på hotellets spa och njutit av bad och bastu. Det ingick i priset, så inga extra kostnader. Mycket bra frukost med färska råvaror. Slutligen mycket bra service, från rumsstädning, frukostservering till professionellt bemötande i receptionen.

Cons:

Det fanns inget som jag inte tyckte om i samband med min vistelse på hotell Zen.
