Pros:

Very good services and hospitality. Especially the staff Peter. He supported us to upgrade the room for a better view, taking care of each steps of our journey. Bravo. The toilet needs to be cleaned more. Generally I like the resort and service. Thank you all!

Excellent option for anyone who wants to see the extraordinary temples at dawn and at night.
Pros:

Location is excellent - close to the Abul Simbel airport and the Temples. The hotel is on Lake Nasser with stunning views. Breakfast was good, the dinner and lunch menu are the same. The hotel organised for us to take a boat out at dawn to see the sun rise over the temples. Stunning - wrap up warm!

Cons:

Piped music outside 24 hrs a day. I just wanted to listen to the amazing birds! We booked very early and paid too much as a result. Leave it until nearer your trip would be my advice.

The hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from the Abu Simbel Temple, making it a perfect spot to relax away from the crowds. It offers stunning views of Lake Nasser, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The surrounding area is peaceful, with plenty of space to walk and unwind. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, making our stay feel warm and personal. Overall, a wonderful place to rest and enjoy the beauty of Abu Simbel.

Perfect mid-high level stay for an Abu Simbel visit
Pros:

A big complex with large suites. Staff are friendly and helpful. The water pressure is excellent so you’ll get a good shower.

Cons:

The suite living room wasn’t particularly comfortable or inviting. The kitchenette lacked pots or utensils, making it rather purposeless. In general the decor and furniture was a little tired.

Highly recommend. Excellent balance between quality hotel & friendly feel. Outstanding food.
Pros:

Room was amazing, very clean and spacious. Well equipped and excellent facilities. Great view of the Nile with balcony view including the pool. Overall amazing.
Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful all the time. Peter the Reception manager gave us great advice on arrival and made us feel very welcome. Had great experience at Abu Simbel as a result of his advice to see sunrise first (by boat) and adjust timings to miss the crowds - resulted in far superior and enjoyable experience. Felt really valued.
Dinner and breakfast food was amazing, great choice. Service surpassed expectations and show cased high end hotel.
Pool great. Complex not over crowded.

Only observation was could not easily read the room numbers, however these were being replaced.
