قدم العمارة او المبني الذي يوجد به الفندق وفقر طعام الإفطار

عدم وجود حذاء في دورة المياة
المكان وسط المدينه والڤيو حلو ومرضى بالنسبه للسعر
مفيش ماكينة صنع قهوه او شاى
أنا غير راضية عن إقامتي في الفندق.
الاستقبال كان بارد وغير مرحب. لم يسمحوا لي بالإقامة في الفندق مع زوجي فقط لأنني أوروبية وهو مصري.
رغم أننا قدمنا وثيقة زواج رسمية، أخبرونا أن الفندق مخصص للسياح الأجانب فقط وليس للمواطنين المصريين.
شعرت بالتمييز وعدم التعامل بشكل عادل أو محترم.
لا أنصح بهذا الفندق.
الناس بتيجي مصر عشان تستمتع بإجازتها، ومش محتاجين أي توتر أو مشاكل إضافية بسبب مثل هذه المواقف.
