Cigarette smoke everywhere, staff smoking indoor. Filthy.Elevator is scary. Beds uncomfortable. Very noisy.

The location and the friendliness of the staff. The refurbished guest rooms are very attractive and the bathrooms and showers terrific. The beds are extremely comfortable.

Cons:

It’s on the 7th floor and sometimes the lift can be slow in arriving.
