Pros:

Perfect location, beautiful sea view from the balcony. Nice mattress for sleeping, calm place and surrounding. The cleaning lady was very helpful. There is also a free parking spot near the hotel.

Cons:

There was no place to put our clothes. No closet and drawers. And maybe a bigger refrigerator will be helpful.

You miss the place immediately after you left.
Pros:

Спокойствие и пълноценна почивка.
Pros:

Красиво местенце, на първа линия с гледка към морето. Услужлив персонал, ежедневно почистване на стаята. В непосредствена близост няколко заведения и съседния плаж на около 50 метра е по-добър за деца. Плажа пред самия хотел е по-каменист, но също чудесен, чист и спокоен.

Cons:

Типично за Гърция има недостиг на вода, особено в пиковите часове след плаж. Трудно стига налягане и дебит на водата за нормално къпане, но с малко търпение не е особен проблем.

Ort zum Wohlfühlen
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Meer mit kristallklarem Wasser ist fantastisch. Wir hatten eine Suite mit Meerblick und jeden Morgen einen herrlichen Sonnenaufgang. Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel, ebenso die Strandliegen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Allen voran Elvis, der Eigentümer, ist sehr herzlich und kümmert sich sofort um alles. Das Essen im Beach Restaurant ist etwas teurer, aber direkt am Strand, ist das nun mal so, die Meeresfrüchte sind absolut empfehlenswert. Auf Wunsch und Vorbestellung bekommt man für's Dinner sogar einen Tisch direkt am Wasser, traumhaft. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, empfehlen gerne weiter und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Absolute Enttäuschung!
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Gartenblick. Der große Balkon war mit zwei leidlich bequemen Stühlen und einem Tisch ausgestattet und gab den Blick frei auf die im Garten trocknende Wäsche und die "Küche" des Hauses. Ein Gestell zum Trocknen der Badeanzüge gab es nicht. Das Zimmer war groß, die relativ bequeme Matratze lag auf einer Holzkonstruktion, unter der Spinnweben hingen. Der Platz zwischen Wand und Matratze war balkonseitig sehr eng. Neben jeder Bettseite gab es herabhängende "Nachttisch"-Leuchten, von denen nur eine funktionierte. Es gab keinen Safe. Der Kühlschrank kühlte leidlich, die Klimaanlage war gut. Die Verdunkelungsgardinen waren in Bezug auf die Stores fensterseits aufgezogen, was einen störenden Charakter hatte. Das zugehörige Bad war so klein, dass die Toilette beim Öffnen der Tür komplett verdeckt wurde. Umgekehrt bedeutete das, dass man von der Toilette aus in die begehbare Dusche treten musste, um die Tür zu öffnen und aus dem Bad zu gehen. Es gab als Pflegeartikel 2 kleine Seifen und in der Dusche eine Flasche mit einer Kombination Shampoo-Shower. Toilettenpapier war reichlich vorhanden, jedoch kein Kosmetikpapier. Auch wäre ein Papierkorb im Zimmer schön gewesen, um nicht für jede Kleinigkeit ins Bad hinter die Tür gehen zu müssen, wo der Abfalleimer für die WC-Papiere stand.

Cons:

Der Toilettensitz war nicht fest, weil auf einer Seite die Befestigung durchgerostet war. Sämtliche Armaruren waren verschmiert und wirkten ungepflegt. Der Griff der Badezimmertür war wackelig. Wasser war absolute Mangelware, warmes Wasser erst recht. Bei der abendlichen Dusche gab es nur einmal für ca. 20 Sekunden warmes Wasser. Pro Person gab es zwei sonnengetrocknete Handtücher mit Grauschleier und Spuren der Vorgänger. Der zahlungspflichtige "Parkplatz" für 10 Euro pro Tag war eine Brache in der prallen Sonne, zwei Grundstücke weiter. Diesen hatten wir zum Glück nicht gebucht. Gesamteindruck: mit mehr als 190 Euro pro Nacht wesentlich (!) überteuert, man kann es schon Nepp nennen. Mit einer Bewertung von 9,1 hatte das absolut nichts mehr zu tun! Für uns war das DER Reinfall bei Booking.com bisher. Die zur Verfügung gestellten Nutzerkritiken beziehen sich offensichtlich überwiegend auf die Unterkunft vor dem Besitzer- und Namenswechsel. So wurde z. B. in der Vergangenheit das Frühstück gelobt, welches jetzt nicht mehr angeboten wird
Der jetzige Besitzer versprach uns bei Ankunft aufgrund unserer geäußerten Enttäuschung hinsichtlich des dürftigen Angebots, dass wir Sonnenschirm und Liegen am zugehörigen Strand umsonst nutzen dürften, Konsum vorausgesetzt. Am nächsten Tag wurde dieses Nutzungsrecht von den Mitarbeitern am Strand angezweifelt. Als wir dann zwei Frappe für 10 Euro bestellten, wurden wir nach 1 Stunde Liegezeit vor den anderen Gästen aus der vorderen Reihe nach hinten komplimentiert. Auf unseren Protest hin erschien die Ehefrau des Besitzers, um uns wiederum coram publico zu belehren. Immer wieder gab es Kommunikationsprobleme, beginnend mit dem "Vorschlag" des Besitzers bei unserer Ankunft, er werde die Buchung stornieren, wir sollten 40 % bezahlen und er werde uns Booking.com "melden". Nach dem Strandvorfall schlug er vor, wir sollten unsere Sachen packen und zum Gespräch in der Bar erscheinen.

Perfect Couple Getaway.
Pros:

The hubs and I were looking for a long weekend away from the kiddos, hoping to finally have a complete sentence between the two of us… lol.

Elvis and his staff are absolutely AMAZING. Every single person made us feel welcome. The room was cleaned daily, and the beach was literally just a few feet away. The cocktails were awesome, the restaurant food was great, and the sunbeds were so comfortable.

They even arranged a romantic dinner for two on the beach for us one evening, which was such a special touch. Afytos has one of the best villages, so being close enough to enjoy it at night was definitely a plus.

We have visited Afytos several times, and Elvis’s hospitality is truly top tier. I sincerely wish him much success. I also have to mention his main waiter...I believe his name was Lazarus...he was an absolute gem!

Cons:

I think drawers are needed to put items and clothing in.. maybe nightstands with drawers.

The hotel deserves another stay at the facility.
Pros:

A family driven cozy hotel right in front of the beach. Elvis the owner is a nice person. Always available and very helpful… Clean and comfortable. Daily cleaning. ‘Lazarus’ is a very nice and knowledgeable restaurant and wine expert. The cuisine was delicious. The seafood and mezes were fresh and well cooked. The location, food and friendliness of the easygoing staff. You may need to bring sea-shoes with you as the initial few meters of the sea is rocky.
The sunbeds are comfortable, and available for hotel guests if you choose to eat and/or drink purchasing from their beach-bar. It was ok. The dinner ‘on’ the beach was an unforgettable experience with delicious food, and we were spoiled by the full moon.

Cons:

The shower equipment in the bathroom need some fixing. Coffee equipment was something we missed as coffee addicted people. Otherwise, it was ok.

Pros:

The location and accommodation was amazing. Right on the beach. Elvis and and staff were wonderful. Very friendly and welcoming. Room very clean. Quite area. Our meals at the Restaurant were absolutely delicious. You can walk to the centre of Afytos, restaurants, cafe, bars, shops and amazing views.
Is was a great place for a peaceful holiday.

Good location nice people steal money not receiving what I paid for

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that there was many simple things that we didn’t receive in the room like coffee tea did not include breakfast and there were not much to eat at all. I didn’t felt like I’m in hotel more like renting a room without any facilities that you have in hotel.

Will visit Afitos again
Pros:

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit traumhafter Aussicht, sehr leckerem Essen und rundum tollem Service. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt und unseren Urlaub in Griechenland sehr genossen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Уют, спокойствие, удобство и невероятна храна.
Pros:

В този хотел всяко нещо е на мястото си. Елвис е страхотен домакин. Откликва на всяко желание за да се чувстват гостите удобно. Храната в таверната е невероятна. Препоръчвам с две ръце. Ще се върнем отново.

Die Lage am Strand von Afytos war super.

Cons:

Es gab kleine Mängel, die aber in der kurzen Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes nicht behoben werden konnten. Das Bad - Toilette und Wasserhahn liefen nach …

Die Strandliegen waren inklusive - es ist aber erforderlich Getränke und Essen zu bestellen.
