The location is right in the heart of the city. Yet completely peaceful and calm. The road leading to the hotel is broad enough for two vehicles to easily pass through. The parking is gated and decent. The hotel is clean and the courtyard is an added advantage. The best part is the service, the staff are very welcoming and courteous. Highly recommended.
The rooms could be a bit bigger and airy. Breakfast could improve. The night we stayed, there was a little noise and loud music at night. But it was some other guests and had nothing to do with the hotel nor its staff. Rest this is a very pleasing place to stay at, in Itahari.
Location, breakfast, ambience, staff are excellent.
Steps on the corridor and inside the room. Fell three times inside the room because of sudden steps. Corrective measures to be taken.
Hospitality of the hotel staff was exceptional, especially Ankit. Rupak and Saroj were also very helpful. Room size was large. Food quality was great. Any issues raised were attended to promptly. Location was central.
It would be good if rooms can have a door bell and if room doors can have a peephole.
