They made me pay with a dollar rate different than the real dollar rate(higher 3.5 egp per dollar than i Should have payed)
No hot water in the bathroom i Had to call asking for solutions 4 time in my one night stay
Food was excellent. Services were very good.
The air condition was on and off, though. Luckily, the weather was cool.
The cleanse and the breakfast was perfect
They charged us for water!!!! When we asked for extra!!!! Never had I ever been asked for an extra fees regarding the water, while they only gave us to small bottles for a 24 hour stay!!! Like how drink only this amount of water!! Also food wasn’t allowed in while we only reserved bed and breakfast, so are you coercing us or what? what should I eat after the breakfast, are you forcing us to leave the hotel so we can eat?!!!

Sea food ( shrimps were spoiled ) when we ordered a dinner at the restaurant. We did not eat and informed the waiter about it
