La prenotazione un disastro
Pros:

È molto grave il fatto che il due Torri sia inagibile ed io sia stata dirottata al Trieste e Venezia dove peraltro mi sono trovata benissimo .
Che Booking non abbia preso nota di questo inconveniente e’ molto grave . Se ci fate prenotare hotels che non sono agibili per lavori ecc, come ci si può fidare della piattaforma ?

Il fatto che l’hotel non fosse agibile per lavori e Booking non lo avesse segnalato togliendolo dalla lista degli hotel
Ovviamente da verificare se il disservizio sia da attribuirsi al due Torri che non lo ha comunicato a Booking o a Booking che non ne ha preso nota

Pros:

Piscine, parco e posizione. Complimenti al barista Mirko, davvero simpatico, gentile e preparato. Anche la receptionist molto brava.

Cons:

Colazione povera con poca scelta, uova strapazzate (insipide) e bacon freddi anche se erano nel contenitore dei caldi ( forse rotto?) , brioche di scarsa qualità un po’ secca .
Camera abbastanza silenziosa consiglio di chiudere anche la porta della camera da letto altrimenti si sentono le persone che parlano in corridoio.

Freundliche Angestellte, Essen war hervorragend! Uns gefallen Antiquitäten sehr! Das der Pool in die Jahre gekommen ist, störte uns überhaupt nicht, das wäre schon Jammern auf hohen Niveau! Ich hatte nie das Gefühl,
abgezockt zu werden!
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Un bel 4 stelle!

Allora la posizione è centrale, ha dei bei idromassaggi, lo staff era gentilissimo e cortesissimo eccezzionali

Cons:

Allora, ero già stata all'hotel 2 Torri ma credo che stia attraversando un periodo un pò di crisi, il buffet a cena era davvero così cosi, c'erano 4 costine in una ciotola rinsecchite e pochissima scelta, anche rispetto a solo 2 mesi fa, idem per la colazione, la stanza era molto piccola, vecchiotta non c'era balsamo nè crema corpo e un vecchio phon a muro ingiallito, il soggiorno è stato meraviglioso io amo Abano però credo che l'hotel 2 torri non sia più un 5 stelle, dovrebbe avere 4 stelle per essere corretta e allineata l'aspettativa con la struttura. Il personale è squisito e gentilissimo

La posizione è centralissima, super i tester delle maschere e delle creme in area spa

La qualità del cibo e delle piscine è da 4 stelle, per la qualità del cibo e delle aree termali rispetto ai competitor a 5 stelle di abano il prezzo è eccessivo, zona spa distante dalle piscine, è un posto meraviglioso ma non un 5 stelle di abano.
