Pros:

The staff was nice and helpful. I asked to delay check out and they agreed.
They were checking on me every day.
The location is great few minutes walking from beach and different stores, like Target, CVS and others.

Smooth, easy and fun!
Pros:

Great location, very easy check in and check out, lovely staff - very helpful.

Sebastian was helpful. Rooftop, energy healing service by Bruce on the roof top is non-negotiable.
Pros:

It was cozy and comfortable. I found much more than only hotel and stay in this facility and it added to the value.

Cons:

For a hotel in Florida to operate, state law requires sanitary and health-related standards for lodging establishments. Florida law is Florida Statutes § 509.221 — Sanitary regulations
Relevant parts include:
• the establishment must be properly lighted, heated, cooled, and ventilated and operated with regard to the health, comfort, and safety of guests;
• guest rooms must have adequate ventilation (through windows/openings or mechanical ventilation systems);
• hotels must maintain sanitary conditions and provide clean guest facilities.
Also the access code previously provided did not work, and after entering the room we were shocked by the unhealthy conditions.
The room does not match the photographs shown on Booking.com.
It is located on a low floor directly facing an extremely  busy polluted street and receives almost No natural light.
We specifically chose accommodation in Miami expecting a normal fair level of Natural daylight and comfort; instead, the room feels enclosed and cave-like.
More importantly, there is a very strong and unhealthy odor in the room. We are concerned that there may be an issue with ventilation, air conditioning, air quality, and no maintenance.
We have asthma, and the smell is already causing health concern that continued exposure could aggravate our respiratory condition and require medical attention!!
For health and safety reasons, we are requesting that this issue be addressed immediately.
In addition:
• Stained towels
• Two hangers for an 8-night stay at a total cost of approximately USD 1,300 is not adequate.
Please confirm whether you have another room available starting immediately or latest tomorrow that:
• has clean proper ventilation,
• does not have the unhealthy issue,
• provides reasonable Natural light - not artificial lamps
• and is not directly exposed to excessive street pollution and noise.

Overall, a very enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Great location, spacious and well-air-conditioned room, and very helpful staff who responded quickly to any requests

Cons:

The only downsides were thin walls (especially in room 323 with the connecting door) and no staff available after 4 p.m., so amenities like the ice water station were not refilled
