Pros:

We had a beautiful experience at Elia Sea Suites. The staff were so friendly and helpful, facilities were well maintained and spotless.
Easy walk to the old town and restaurants.
I would 100% recommend this place to anyone thinking of staying there.

Pros:

The location is absolutely stunning, with windows that quite literally overlook the sea and offer breathtaking views, especially at sunset.

The staff is exceptional. The reception team was always welcoming, friendly, and ready to assist with any request. A special thank you goes to the wonderful Rafael, who manages the pool area with outstanding professionalism and genuine kindness. He was always available and made sure every guest felt well looked after.

I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to the cleaning staff, who kept our room impeccably clean and perfectly organized every morning without ever being intrusive. The breakfast team also deserves special recognition for preparing such a delicious and varied breakfast each day, making every morning a real pleasure.

It was truly a wonderful experience. This is one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed in, and I travel frequently both for pleasure and professionally, as I work in the tourism industry.

We will certainly return in the future and will be delighted to recommend this hotel to our friends and clients.

Mycket bra hotell nära gamla stan i Chania
Pros:

Fint nybyggt hotell med fantastisk utsikt över Medelhavet. Bra läge till gamla stan, ca 10 minuters promenad och åt andra hållet en strandpromenad med massor av restauranger och solbäddar till uthyrning vid stranden. Trevlig personal, rent och snyggt.

Cons:

Saknade balkong.

Poolen stänger redan kl 19 och kunde varit öppen längre. Föreslår att hotellet skapar en "barception" och serverar drycker och enklare snacks från receptionen kvällstid i avsaknad av en öppen bar.

Vi hyrde bil och det är svårt att hitta parkering i området.

המיקום מצויין, עשר דקות הליכה מהחוף ומהעיר העתיקה. ארוחת הבוקר מספקת, החדר מרווח ונקי, הנוף מהמם.

Cons:

המקלחון נפתח לתוך החדר, כך שאין מקום להתלבש בפרטיות, ככה שהחדרים לא מתאימים (!!!) להורים עם ילדים מתבגרים, או לכל הרכב אחר שאינו זוג בלבד.
חסר צל בכל שטחי המלון, במרפסות, ובבריכה בעיקר.

מלון מעולה במיקום מעולה
Pros:

מלון קטן כ 20 חדרים בלבד. יחס נהדר מצד הצוות. החדרים גדולים ובכל חדר גקוזי שפונה לים. המיקום נהדר הולכים ברגל לעיר העתיקה,לחופים ולקניות.
האוכל בארוחת הבוקר היה בסדר אבל בברכה יש אוכל מצויין וטעים במחירים זולים. הניקיון במלון והחדרים הוא ברמה גבוהה. בוודאות אחזור שוב למלון.

Cons:

לא היה משהו כזה. לדעתי הארוחת בוקר טעונה מעט שיפור בעיקר גיוון והיה נהדר עם היה יותר ירקות וסלטים.

Dream location on sea. 10 minute walk to famous Venetian old port
